    ingredients :
    egg whites : 4
    Sugar powder : 3/4 cup (150 grams)
    cream of tartar: 1/8 teaspoon
    Vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon
    desired color
    The oven temperature is 100 degrees Celsius
    Cooking time 1:30 to 2 hours
    *instructions:*
    In a large, clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites on medium-high speed with a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a mixer. Beat until the egg whites are foamy and begin to hold soft peaks.
    Gradually add the sugar, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well after each addition. Continue mixing on high speed until the meringue forms stiff, glossy peaks. This should take a total of 5-7 minutes.
    Pour or pipe the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shape into individual cookies or a large pavlova base.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until the meringue is dry and crispy on the outside. The inside should still be a little soft and marshmallowy.
    Turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside with the door closed for another hour to cool down slowly.
    Carefully transfer the meringue to the serving dish.
