Regarding the conflicts and contests: this comes about from weak leadership. The woke approach, letting the employees run the show is wrong. The CEO and leader's job is to make the decision after hearing both sides. Consensus is where everyone is happy, but usually, the outcome is watered down. Decisions that come from the word de-cide (take one of two choices). Good decisions always disappoint someone. But they are essential for moving forward. The leader must establish their presence that they will step in to take things forward when needed as the time is always passing. No decision is worse than a bad decision and a bad habit to get into. Better to take the wrong decision, find out its wrong then change course. The facilitator needs to excel in framing choices. Approaching CEOs: Come with data and a solution, timeline, risks along with ROI.
One suggestion. Try to display the question throughout the answers. The answers are loaded with examples and real time experienced. So we are quite forgetting what the Q was about. Ofcourse we can always replay it but this would be more helpful
