    Great to see u Sakit. I just recently subscribed to ur channel I normally don't subscribe to channels, but ur channel I subscribed only because of ur content. It's great to get my first ever notification. I'm extremely happy to see u hosting this. I saw someone else running a session the other day and I was very disappointed not to see u.

    Hi Saket, one interview question that I would like an in-depth answer to is: what is the current or most recent project you have worked on? If it’s a financial domain, how much detail, as a scrum master should I give? How do I answer this question?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      How to answer experience related question ? I feel we need to anticipate which areas of experience the interviewer might be interested in and based on that you take time to think what you wish to highlight in that areas , area examples , domain (financial etc) , teams (size , distribution etc) , stakeholders , Project Management (estimation, monitoring ) , quality etc

    How does a SM handle a Manager attending the retrospect meeting or ask to attend?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As you said in another comment, these things are context-sensitive and no one answer can fit. I see you are very right. In my view for this it depend on what is the intention of manager and what is making scrum master worried about

    You are the scrum master of a Scrum Team and 2 people within your team have a conflict - how will you resolve that (it's not a clash of egos)

    Hello Saket, the way to providing the solutions and the guidance is awesome. However this is only the video which is not upto the mark. this is because of the questions asked by that lady is very basics or irrelevant. Actually she was clearing her doubts only. Prior that all those videos I have seen that was from the real time interview and was really appreciable. Requesting you to please include such videos under doubt clearing sessions not a Real time interview questions. .. Regards

    Hello Saket, I want you to look into this question. As companies dont want to invest in person responsible for grooming user stories. Proper wasy of righting user stories. What to do in this case ?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To me it looks like they are only looking Stories as process rather than tool to discover right requirement. The current approach must generate some problems and some people must be troubled by that problem who can assist in solving the same.

    Hi Saket ,
    Very informative video. Thank you.
    I was asked one situation based question I am not sure if this is scum related or SAFe , I have never worked in SAFe so not sure if my answer was right , Please let me know how you would have answered this.
    Background
    Dev team has 2 week sprint , each sprint team has stable velocity of about 50 story points.
    The project has a monthly release cycle, so every 2 sprint the work is released on client server.
    Situation:
    Client looking at the release plan has asked some features to be release by 4 sprints (2 months) .
    They need all the mentioned features at the end of 4th Sprint for a launch that has to happen in 2 months we cannot delay the release.
    When we estimated all the required stories it comes to 250 story points.
    which means we are defaulting by 50 story points at the end of 4th sprint.
    PO has already committed to delivering all required stories.
    we are at the beginning of 1st sprint for sprint planning for all 4 sprints
    what will I as a scrum master do in order to make sure we complete all stories worth 250 points at the end of 4th sprint.

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This looks like asking how do you get more than velocity work completed. So as i recommend give some example when you have done it, rather than answering this question since we do not know what is team culture and other stuff.
      - You can share situation when team can reflect and find way to increase their velocity by doing some innovative ideas , like reusing something from past, or automating something.
      - You may also share an example where you could facilitate prioritization of requirement.

    Hello Saket I don't have real experience of Agile and Scrum. But I want to clear interviews for Scrum Master. Please suggest me how to learn from scratch.

      You can start with understanding scrum, doing program like Certified Scrum Master can work as good starting point. You can find details of our program here : www.izenbridge.com/certified-scrum-master/
      Once done with education, you start interacting with professionals and see what experience they are getting in day to day work, and build your skills on it.

      @@aryenzaifrani2533 good to know you already done CSM. Along with our CSM you must have received online program called Mastering Agile . Check all those videos. Once done, start participating in discussions happening at oguild.com , this Tuesday we are talking to one scrum master and agile coach about his journey .
