Even kevin Richardson will tell you that he would never do that in the wild - his lions are mostly all hand reared and the ones that aren't hand reared that he takes care of are behind a fence that Kevin doesn't cross - understand what he was trying to do but it takes a very long long time to gain the trust of a wild animal and you just don't know if that wild animal had a very bad encounter with a human that left all humans untrust worthy in BB's eyes

Scott Montgomery The lions were going to be put down I believe, because the dominant female of the Pride was very aggressive towards humans and the pride followed this example. The park couldn’t afford to move the lions but this show is about a veteran big cat behaviouralist attempting to teach the cats not to be aggressive towards tourist vans (normal wild lions coexist to some degree with the safaris). Interestingly Dave was successful here as now the lions are just annoyed and aggressive towards him and no longer show that energy to other humans

The real key thing to building a bond is knowing them from birth or from when they are very young. If you know them from that age you'll never get attacked unless you break 1 of 2 rules.
      1. MOST IMPORTANTLY; NEVER TOUCH THEIR FOOD ONCE YOUVE GIVEN IT UP. You may only get a seat but once they see you cowed and be scared it could change the relationship forever.
      2. If you see the lion is in a bad mood or something you're doing is putting it in a bad move just give it space.
