When you initially tried the "CAL" I noticed it shot past the calibration mark. This means that the unit needs to be calibrated. The procedure can be found in the manual (available online).
This is so interesting & fun to watch!!!! Thank you 💎
Congratulations on saving to buy this item! It's a goal for me too. I loved watching you test the items, so excited. That gem and emerald necklace 14k gold, what a great find!
Great video, very entertaining! That was fun to go on a treasure hunt. Just FYI, this gem tester doesn't differentiate between diamond and moissanite, since they are near the same hardness. It might be a good idea to invest in another gem tester that tests between diamond and moissanite. I just picked one up at an auction and am saving for a Presidium 2 also, so right behind ya!😉
Also wanted to say happy you got your gem tester in 👏
I could watch this kind of videos all day very interesting please keep them going 😍 And don’t forget to send in your video to Texas gal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I’m rooting for you 👏👏👏👏
Wow! very exciting!
Ruby in Zoazite is much darker green, that is Unakite. Yes real freshwater pearls, green is Aventurine. Real Amber should show as yellowish green, and it does. The use of a gem book is good, however Tourmaline comes in a multitude of colors, none of which match that stud, its glass. Don't second guess, the needle was clearly indicating glass. Absolutely white topaz. Onyx is correct, not listed as you can see, same hardness as Tourmaline line. The green stone is Aventurine which is a common Jade simulant. Emeralds do not look like that.
🎉
Saw you on Texas Gal. Will be watching.
The light pink stones are pink tourmaline.
5 minutes in, I think that is green nephrite (Jade). An easy way to test pearls is to rub two together. If they are gritty, they are real. If they are smooth, nope.
I agree, nephrite is more likely than emerald
17;33 I think it could be an 'aurora borealis' swarovski stone
At 15.20 I think it is more likely that the black stone is tourmaline and the green one is nephrite.
great video! I was considering the presidium ii. would like to see where diamond and moisanitte show up
The one I said was garnet at the end def said tourmaline and you were like yup I think it's garnet I'm confused
I have one of these testers (new to it) and have a necklace with brilliant clear stones that have the exact same reading as your ring (17:30 something). I have no idea what it is and found your video searching for answers, lol did you ever find out what it is?
You missed it. That ring is aquamarine. 👍🏼👍🏼
Very informative dear awesomeness video💞💫💞
Ice Lavender jade is purple and is super expencive
It tests as jadeite which is the most expensive gemstone but your hoping it's tourmaline. You need to clean them gemstones and depress the tip, not just touch them lightly.
Where did you get your presidium? Amazon or...
Yes, Amazon
Hello medam how are you l testing same brand your help Ruby diamond 💎 quality I don't know your help me please mdm thank you
Rub the pearls against your teeth if it is chalky they are real pearls.
