I totally agree! I'd love if she could have a Food Network show! Unfortunately, I read somewhere how unlikely it is that the Food Network would have a vegan show because they accept a lot of money from meat and dairy companies for advertisements. :(
@Miss Isle I think you're a bit triggered. She says she's a great rep for people to turn vegan because she's not the type to be so judgemental towards those who aren't. She makes it so enjoyable that you can see yourself changing your diet for the sake of your health. And she can definitely be a spokesperson for veganism. You know why? Cuz that's her business. Plus anyone thinking about changing their diet should do their OWN research so they can decide whether that's the route they want to take.
@Miss Isle How about you create a channel for yourself to debunk these things then. It's all about your approach and how you comin. Your approach is giving information, but it's also judgemental ("a retired rich person is not a good example" Huh?). People reading your comments probably won't think twice about them. All Tab is doing is showing her journey. She doesn't say it's for everyone, but at the moment it works for her.
@Miss Isle You may not had the intentions to sound judgemental, but that's how it came off. I understand that sometimes people only pay attention to the hype and fail to ask the tough questions, but ignorance is no excuse. That's why I recommended you share your own journey. What if people in the vegan community and those thinking about switching their diet sees that?
@Miss Isle she already stated multiple times in the video she's a new vegan, you don't have to follow someone who's been vegan for a decade to know things can work. Like she said it took her 10 days to see a difference. Most people change things in their life when they fall to bits...its normal and seen often. She's a good representation because she said she didn't know why people went vegan, she tried it to see if it worked for her, she tried to get her family to do it and realized its not about everyone its her personal decision to make her feel better.
After discovering Tabitha Brown 2 months ago, I decided to try a plant-based diet and I'm so glad I did. I've seen changes in my overall health almost immediately. I no longer have to take high blood pressure medicines, I sleep through the night, I have more energy, I no longer wake up feel nauseous, I no longer have excessive swelling in my ankles, I'm not blotted all the time and I feel like I've regained control over my health/life. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. Tabitha Brown is such an inspiration to so many!
Screen shot your post sis to keep me motivated because that’s the end game for me to come off of my blood pressure meds. I’ve already stopped eating meat for four years now but it’s more that I can do so Tab has motivated me as well🥰
Ever since I went vegan, life has changed for the worst. It's been 7 months. I can't sleep. I am dizzy and tired all the time. I no longer go out. I'm depressed. I cry all the time. My cycle is super heavy and I have severe pain. This was never the case until I became vegan. I don't share to be a downer, but to let people know results may vary. The changes are not always positive. I don't know how much longer I can do this. I am on probation at work for attendance issues due to all the times in had to call in because of all of this.
a lot of vegans i meet keep telling me things like ‘you’re gonna die’ or try to tell me stories and that led me to hate the word ‘vegan’ because i just related it to all those negatives. she really is a pearl.
“If you happen to slip up, don’t beat yourself up over it: relax. It’s okay honey; it’s day by day.” 🥺 Why am I crying, this is the encouragement I’ve needed my entire life 😭
"Behold i have given unto you all the plants and trees upon the Earth, they shall bare you fruit and seed and this shall be your food " Genesis 1 vs 29
@@justroberto5052 but healthwise is the biggest issue. Animal exploitation is very horrible tho - I kinda wonder if we can open up jobs to better people idk
@sam m really isn't hard to eat healthily as a vegan and be excited by the food , lots of food is "processed" but not everything that's packaged is unhealthy. It's all about education.
Just to add that Tabitha had a quick improvement from going vegan, I didn't and after 3 months I quit........However I later came back to it (for the animals not for health) and this time it DID turn my health round, but it took 6 months, so if you're not sure if its' working, don't give up, your breakthrough could be just round the corner. :)
Same, I tried vegan 2-3 years ago and it didn't help. In fact, I felt worse. So, I came back around to it but chose to go whole food vegan. So much better already. So, if veganism doesn't work then don't give up. Just reassess what is still an issue. In my case my prior vegan attempt meant a lot of premade vegan food and vegan junk food. (Fries are vegan!) Now I have a few rules for premade stuff - no added oil or sugar, sodium in mg has to be equal to or less than calories per serving, can I buy most of these ingredients individually at the grocery store? Every meal contains a whole grain (millet is amazing if you're hungry all the time), beans, greens, at least one other veggie. My fats and sugars come from whole food sources. It helped so much this time around.
a lot of Vegans (before going Vegan have gut issues), giving up Dairy helps them a lot, but changing to lots of fibre and plant foods can irritate and already compromised gut... once the gut is strong and healthy again you'll thrive.. long term vegans are the ones with healthy guts.. well done :)
Yes same here. For me it was because I was indulging in vegan junk food. Everything I made was yummy but not the healthiest. Now that i am eating healthy whole food vegan wow my taste buds have really changed and I appreciate the flavor of healthier foods. I always did it for the animals but it bummed me I gained weight and felt worse. I wanted to be a poster child for veganism.Common sense told me the chips, cookies and high fat vegan foods were the real issue. Easy fix.
I had PCOS for YEARS and was told I wouldn’t be able to have a child or that I would need help and potentially couldn’t support a child. I changed my entire diet/lifestyle. I went pescatarian, cut out all processed foods/drinks, sugars, etc. I love food and still enjoyed all the meals I was eating! About a year later I was down about 30 pounds, my periods were regulating and my cysts were barely there & wouldn’t be as painful either (without working out-just walking pretty much daily) & am now 4 & 1/2 months pregnant & the baby and myself are perfectly healthy🥰
Wow thank you so so much for sharing this, I have tears in my eyes! It is just that simple! God intended us to eat healthy and he provided all the goods for our bodies!!!
I went vegan for the ethics about six months ago but it's reversed so many of my multiple sclerosis symptoms, too! On top of that my vision is better, my weight doesn't fluctuate like it used to, and my skin is clear and healthy looking. I'm also growing new hair in spots that had become thin. I was very frizzy on the top for a few months. I am loving my new lifestyle. 🤩
I had Multiple Sclerosis too and I chose to eat healthy too and haven't stuck a needle in me since 2018 and I give ALL glory to God!! I still eat baked chicken and baked fish sometimes though!
Hiya, could I just ask you something please? For those of you with MS, do you still cook with oil? And also limit your fat intake? Or do you just practice veganisn/eating plant based and that alone turned your health around? (I know alot of ppl with MS avoid oil and limit their fat intake but that's a very difficult existence so I'm wondering if you can get good results without doing that). Many thanks 🙂
@@StrangestofDays hello! For my part, I still use oil for pan frying and other stuff. Avocado and olive oil mostly though I also use full fat coconut cream when I'm making something like pumpkin pie or whipped cream that's supposed to be indulgent. I don't see myself as having given up much at all, probably because it feels like I've gained more than I've lost. Had vegan cheeseburgers with baked fries last night, sautéed onions and mushrooms, the works.

honestly i dont want her to bc she talked about just bc shes seen as a nice lady people keep randomly dumping their trauma onto her as if they personally know her just because shes a really nice and welcoming person.
Dae B. That’s one thing that isn’t true. My illness are something I was actually born with and got worse over time yet I’m vegan. Not every illness is food related.
@@huriye161 Her wording could have been better. However, besides actual illnesses like yours, it does make sense for everyone to contract the same disease based on food. There would be a hint of heridtary in it, and that's the predisposition.
@@huriye161 she's clearly talking about diseases like diabetes and heart disease that people claim run un their family when what really runs in the family is poor meal choices.... however being born with something doesn't undermine what she said btw look up epigenetics. Genes can be turned on and off your mothers life style choices including food effect your genetics.
a lot of "hereditary diseases" are actually multifactorial in manifestation - you may have a predisposition because of your family's genes or race/ethnicity, but as long as you are living a healthy lifestyle, you may not even develop the disease; and even if you do, it may be much easier to control with a healthy lifestyle rather than an unhealthy one.
Is it ok to judge racists, child molesters or people beating their wife etc? Or should you only be against it? Just curious! Or is this mostly applicable to veganism?
I have been vegan for 2 1/2 years now, before that I used to work at a pizza company and ate really bad. Tried it for 30 days and felt so much energy after I would eat! I kept with it because I genuinely felt better while eating that way. Also my parents friends, a married couple, both had cancer and one was told it was terminal. Together they changed their diet and recovered from it! They both swear to this day it's because they became vegan.
My mom had stage 4 colon cancer , is did chemo for a while and even got two tumor removed and wasn't feeling better till she read about better eating , and that when she went vegatrain and almost month in ( this is kinda uncomfortable) but she was able to pass stool much easier and then she decided she would try veganism and 1,5 year later she was almost cancer free and when asked what saved her life she says veganism was the main thing and mindfulness it's been 5 years and she's cancer free , of course the cancer did damage her colon so she does need medicine to help pass stool but tbeing vegan definitely decrease the amount of medicine she needs to take , so proud of mom for fighting this her way
I am happy to hear that your mom is doing better. You should look into kangen water. Its an alkalized water that has helped some people I know with healing from cancer just though id pass it along
Olivia, research essential oils( preferably Florihana and Doterra, all brands cannot be consumed) and research which ones will heal the colon. I healed myself of chronic fatigue as well; with the use of oils, being vegan etc. one of my staples is helichrysum...please check this out!! To much to list, but I have a collection of oils, depending the need.
I've had the same resting headache in the back of my head along with dizziness for 6 months and my dad also died of ALS at 50 in 2011. I don't think this is a coincidence at all, I'm gonna try to go vegan. Thanks for the inspiration.
Alva Torres I used to have those headaches/migraines so bad as well. - Found our how animals were treated, something clicked and I felt wrong supporting the death of innocent beings. Even if they live a ‘good life’ it’s almost like I felt and tasted the fear they had before dying. I was raised religious and so naturally, my mom said she’d pray for me at her Bible study. I thanked her, decided to see if there was any Bible verses I could remember about not eating certain foods since I still in someway believe we need to treat our bodies like a temple. Genesis 1:28-30 talks about garden of eden and how we have fruits and seeds for our food, when she came home? I told her I felt so sick and didn’t want to eat animals anymore. She said, ‘in the end, that’s your choice.’ She went vegetarian for 2 years, mostly plant based after learning for herself. - Headaches and migraines went away within a WEEK. Had lasted 4 years. Now I’ve been vegan (for animals and planet, added health now) since September 2016 and I still get headaches or migraines when stressed, but, never are they for months on end. - Have a beautiful day ahead and I hope you feel better soon!
I love your spirit! I’m going to try this for 30 days like you said. I have health issues. Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Stage 4 Kidney failure. Pray for me. The DEVIL IS A LIAR.
Please you guys pray for me I'm here because every day I wake up I feel like death! I know you guys don't know me but I thank you in advance looking at Tabitha's video is inspiring me because I have pain all over my body fibromyalgia and I have to change my lifestyle. God Bless everyone
It really does help eczema, I acquired eczema on Keto eating meat the moment I decided to do more plant based options and cut out the meat My eczema cleared up and I didn't need to go back to the doctor again
I met Ms Brown last year (2019) at the Vegan Soul Fest in Charlotte, NC...she was soo Nice...The same way she is in this video is the same way she acts live...She is sooo Sweet!!
You are absolutely correct about the “What the Health” documentary. Life changing. It saved me after being diagnosed with MS. Now seven years later and medication free 🙏🏽 I couldn’t be happier!
Hiya, could I just ask you something please? Do you still cook with oil? And also limit your fat intake? Or do you just eat plant based? (I know about of ppl with MS avoid oil and limit their fat intake). Many thanks 🙂
*This.* I don't think I've come across a truer statement. Before going vegan, when I would try to eat healthy to lose weight, I would just always find my self giving in to temptations. But after learning how bad the animal agriculture industry is for the environment, I decided I *had* to go vegan. No ifs, ands, or buts. Ever since then, I have not had any meat and kept dairy intake to a minimum, even though I live with family members who do eat meat. Sometimes it is tempting, but I just look at it and am reminded of why I went vegan and I've never looked back.
It's because of the calm and peace she has! Natural anxiety cure. I struggled with anxiety for years. I learned to stay in a positive environment (food, people, places) good vibes only, no meds needed it works! The minute I'm around negative, complaining people or watching something gloomy or has no positivity sure enuf that old anxiety comes back...NO COINCIDENCE!!
My daughter introduced me to the Vegan diet a few years back and it is a game changer. It will literally stop the aging process as well as improve your health. Although I still eat meat from time to time it is very frugal and in very small portions. May God continue to bless you 🙏
@@gwadinka Things are a bit more complex when there are victims of exploitation involved in doing our thing. I'm not keeping anybody from doing their thing, just spreading knowledge, she as Tabitha does.
@Abel Abel yeah, that's chill, you do you. i'm just letting you know that you missed the point of that comment; it was a reference, hence the quotation marks.
Glad she found something that works for her! I love at the end when she said "have a good day and even if you can't don't go messing up someone else's day"
What a lovely way of thinking of it, Vando F. You would be doing God's work by abstaining from animal cruelty and thereby promoting a more compassionate world.
It’s nice that you think like that because as a vegan Christian I also feel like causing less pain is what God wants. Also animal agriculture is one of the main reasons for world hunger and doing something against that has to do with loving your neighbor for me. And slaughterhouse workers often suffer from PTSD because they have to kill all day and often refugees are forced to work there.
Vando F. i promise it isn’t as hard as it seems to cut out meat!!! it just takes a bit of getting used to. it’s a fantastic choice for the environment (and therefore humanity) and the animals! you can do it ❤️❤️❤️
Dont bring god into this god gave us animals to eat its written in the holy books and the reason why we evolved our natural diet veganism is nothing but man made and only there for fasting its not our natural diet cause it lacks enough nutrients thats why vegans have to inject b12 and use other synthetic forms of supplementation (which is toxic to us)unfortunately our society today is disconnected from nature and has this naive idea that we can live off a unnatural diet and sing songs together with the cows we dont eat in a perfect world lol
I am so encouraged about this. I have diabetes in my family on both sides so badly and my doctor told me it would be inevitable for me to get it. The devil is a liar! I have been eating healthier and my goal is to do even more for me and my family. I know my WHY, my WHY is my life. I want to live long and healthy. I want to see my kids grow up, get married and have their own kids. That is my WHY and trying this vegan lifestyle may be my next step. Thank you Tabitha! I always enjoy watching you and your husband. God bless!

there’s this place in Cali that serves vegan menudo. i need to try it! Edit: the restaurant is called Gaucamaya Oasis. it’s on 8826 Imperial Hwy, Downey, CA 90242 they sell all vegan Mexican food !
I Love all your recipes! My mother was 68 when she died of congestive heart failure and brother was only 53 when he died of the same! Thanks to you I started vegan! Thank you for being a huge inspiration in my life!
She looks like a completely different person in her old pictures of when she was sick. She was still beautiful but you can tell in her eyes that she wasn't happy
I went vegan 4 years ago this month because I was having so much pain from osteo arthritis, decades of pain getting worse every year. After about one month I noticed that the pain was dialed back by about 80%! Now I'm so glad to be vegan and, although I did it for my health, not the animals, I'm also happy that it helps the animals in a small way at least. And that's my business...
This happened to me recently but the difference was my headache was not a year. Went to the doc and my optic nerve was swollen 255/360. Definitely reduced my salt intake and transitioning to plant based/vegetarian and I can say that I feel so much better.
Yea that's true for most Rastas but some of them are vegetarian or pescatarian. Some of them even go as far as to eat backyard chicken. Sadly only the hardcore ones really make the jump to veganism. But most non vegan Rastas will at least eat vegan food at most of their meals.
Vegan and ital are not synonymous. Ital food food that doesn’t contain any additives or processed items such as powdered seasoning and salt. Ital food will go as far as including raw vegan food and sometimes contains certain types of fish. Yes, Rastas are essentially vegan
@medicalmedium I've lost count of the things I've healed from following quite a few of his protocols! Look around on over there, he provides very informative information. Gawd! She is saying the exact same thing my aunt said to me. She said your body will tell you if something is wrong, listen to it. Im not even 30 yet and I've had the same issue with the headaches for about 2 years, even though headaches have been reoccuring for me since age 6 or 7. I tried the carrot bacon that went viral and I gotta say, it was bomb! Im really grateful for you Miss Tabitha!
@@nicktheavatar_ Not yet. Its a slow process for me because I love meat. Just taking it slow and giving myself more options to try everyday and snacking on more fruit and veggies also.
I’m thinking about it too because I’ve had a periodical headache and neck pain for a couple years. I thought it was my mattress, my pillow or stress. After buying a new mattress that fit my comfort level and purchased a contour pillow and taking several “me” days for stress relief things have not really changed. I might give it a try.
This sounds like my story, almost 2 years in pain from my collarbone to my toes. Finally they say MS that I don’t claim. I tell you that the pain is GONE. The the Lord about 8 months no meat and I am pain free

NYC Entrepreneur I want to try so badly, how did you do your meals? Where did you start with foods? My problem is not knowing where to begin. I’ve cut out dairy so far, which was easier to me.
Courtney Beckham hey! I kept things very simple starting the day w fruit and veggie smoothies or oatmeal with bananas and cinnamon. Rest of day also very simple w beans, salads, veggies, hummus (which I love), veggie chili, etc. Also got some pea protein which is chocolate flavored and mixed w bananas and coconut milk tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Best place for me to shop is Trader Joe’s although doesn’t really matter. Just stay away from junk vegan foods and you will do great! I thought I could never do it but now close to 5 months and never felt better. Good luck 👍
NYC Entrepreneur that’s great to know. I’m going to take things slowly. I think my main concern is not being a junk food vegan. I also soon plan to start mornings off with oatmeal and fruit. As of now I intermittent fast so I normally skip breakfast. I was always overwhelmed because I never knew where to start. Thank you for the advice. I hope to fully be vegan one day when it comes.

My parents divorce annihilated our savings, so as the youngest, I never experienced life beyond extreme poverty. I would get sick from milk, onions, hot dogs, all sorts of food, but I was told that I was just being picky. Krissy GourjussTv good luck :)

Krissy GourjussTv u wanna go vegan because it’s a meat shortage
Didn't she though, she made me year up!
yeah, the position of Erin
She has SUCH a Claire Huxtable "esque" to her, doesn't she?!
Classy & beautiful! ♥️
Jeremy Williams I always thought the same thing
Jeremy Williams she does
Yes she does !!
Yes lol When she enters the room and speak It's automatic respect
I said the same thing..on her new video she sounds just like her with a little country twang..she's fine too!!
I love how she also preaches staying away from processed food because that’s the biggest issue in my opinion
I agree..that is why so many think it is so expensive. Plus processed vegans foods have all kinds of junk in them.
i mean... the biggest issue is probs the Animal exploitation part...
@@justroberto5052 but healthwise is the biggest issue. Animal exploitation is very horrible tho - I kinda wonder if we can open up jobs to better people idk
Alex Netherton I know a vegan that eats Oreos like crazy😭
@sam m really isn't hard to eat healthily as a vegan and be excited by the food , lots of food is "processed" but not everything that's packaged is unhealthy. It's all about education.
Just to add that Tabitha had a quick improvement from going vegan, I didn't and after 3 months I quit........However I later came back to it (for the animals not for health) and this time it DID turn my health round, but it took 6 months, so if you're not sure if its' working, don't give up, your breakthrough could be just round the corner. :)
Yeah, poor animals.
Easy fix.
An important component people tend to forget: the animals. I just hope Tab is also vegan for the animals.
this woman is too good for all of us what did we do to deserve her
Sidne Shipman Spirit is working through her
She will eat meat in 2 years
Sidne Shipman I love her lol
GarudaLegends why would you say that? I have been vegetarian for 10 years. I don’t desire meat. I’m sure she don’t either.
So do you eat egg, eat real cheese, or drink animal matter?
Her voice is so comforting and she's so pretty!!!
Completely agree. She could easily be one of the faces of a national plant-based lifestyle.

Inside and out.. Beautiful soul.

I felt exactly the same!!
This is giving me hope. Been given a really bad back diagnosis and hoping it will help
I have MS as well! Thank you for sharing. I think I need to try this.

“Disease are not hereditary, we eat the same thing, causing the same disease”
🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Some of the commenters think hereditary and congenital mean the same thing. They don’t.
"Don't judge, you can be against it, but don't judge." Love this quote.
Is it ok to judge racists, child molesters or people beating their wife etc? Or should you only be against it? Just curious! Or is this mostly applicable to veganism?

Yes it does
Absolutely ☺️ 💜
I have been vegan for 2 1/2 years now, before that I used to work at a pizza company and ate really bad. Tried it for 30 days and felt so much energy after I would eat! I kept with it because I genuinely felt better while eating that way. Also my parents friends, a married couple, both had cancer and one was told it was terminal. Together they changed their diet and recovered from it! They both swear to this day it's because they became vegan.
My mom had stage 4 colon cancer , is did chemo for a while and even got two tumor removed and wasn't feeling better till she read about better eating , and that when she went vegatrain and almost month in ( this is kinda uncomfortable) but she was able to pass stool much easier and then she decided she would try veganism and 1,5 year later she was almost cancer free and when asked what saved her life she says veganism was the main thing and mindfulness it's been 5 years and she's cancer free , of course the cancer did damage her colon so she does need medicine to help pass stool but tbeing vegan definitely decrease the amount of medicine she needs to take , so proud of mom for fighting this her way
♥️♥️♥️♥️
I am happy to hear that your mom is doing better. You should look into kangen water. Its an alkalized water that has helped some people I know with healing from cancer just though id pass it along
@@smileymileys100 Kangen water is man-made, artificially alkaline. Not great. A naturally alkaline water is better. Some like Fiji water.
That’s beautiful! I am so happy for your mom! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

"What is your 'why'?
If your 'why' is true to you you'll stick to it."
That's my biggest takeaway. Vegan or not.

What a lovely way of thinking of it, Vando F. You would be doing God's work by abstaining from animal cruelty and thereby promoting a more compassionate world.
Yea me to or at least eat mostly plant based because most meat doesn’t taste good to me
It’s nice that you think like that because as a vegan Christian I also feel like causing less pain is what God wants.

Actually Rastafarians in the Caribbean were “vegan” for years they called it Ital
True but it's good others are now.
Yea that's true for most Rastas but some of them are vegetarian or pescatarian. Some of them even go as far as to eat backyard chicken. Sadly only the hardcore ones really make the jump to veganism. But most non vegan Rastas will at least eat vegan food at most of their meals.
Thanks. I did not know that, Kerry. Good vegan history info. Respect!

Vegan and ital are not synonymous. Ital food food that doesn’t contain any additives or processed items such as powdered seasoning and salt. Ital food will go as far as including raw vegan food and sometimes contains certain types of fish. Yes, Rastas are essentially vegan

She one of those black southern women who can call you hunny or baby & your heart melt ❤️
I went vegan 4 months ago. Never felt better and lost 20 pounds like it was nothing. Feel strong and mentally alert and with this virus going around, there is no better way to protect yourself against the virus.
I hope to fully be vegan one day when it comes.
me too. started 3 months and lost 30+ lbs. i also work at amazon 6 days a week so i get a lot of exercise
LYDIA DAILEY thank you for your suggestions! I’ll definitely check them out
Noticed I was smiling from the start of the video until she spoke about her illness. thank you for this video and for you!!
She is describing everything I’ve been dealing with. The chronic headaches, the fatigue, everything.
Brittany Bolden look into Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. What she was describing sounds a lot like what I have, IIH. It’s rare. I’m glad she found something that worked for her!!
I have the same issues.
Health and healing to you all!
Tab said Her headaches were so bad she felt like she wanted to die. She had conversation with her husband discussing insurance policies. Chile I cried my eyes out. I couldn't imagine the pain she was going through. A new meaning to "Knowing your Why"
Thank you Lord for blessing her so she can bless others.
I as well. We will all get this done together. I'm speaking it into existence 💕
My parents divorce annihilated our savings, so as the youngest, I never experienced life beyond extreme poverty. I would get sick from milk, onions, hot dogs, all sorts of food, but I was told that I was just being picky. The healthiest I'd ever been was when I finally was able to get a referral into a full time/benefits job, giving me the time & security to make fresh vegan food.
People don't understand how the youngest gets so negatively effected by this. I'm very happy for you. My family ate everything and I was seen as picky. Now, I am really considering not eating meat at all.
@@maryjflanagan1922 So many great foods that aren't meat so it really honestly works in your flavor at the end of the say. See what I did there :)
Jesus Saves and Jesus Loves You!💛
“Only white people do it.” 😂😂😂 my mentality too😂😂😂
Have you heard of Trayce McQuirter? She's a dietician who has a program called 10,000 Black Vegan Women where she's specifically helping Black women go plant-based. byanygreensnecessary.com/

@@tmonroe3807 Good for you! You can do it!!
Ari Solomon Thank you for sharing this.
She is the epitome of joy and wholesomeness
"Become the author of your own book & see if the pages turn a bit different," my spirit caught that, so good!
She looks younger than on a lot of pictures from the past too.
TheHidalgo99 ikrrr she looks 35 and in her older photos she looks 40-45
Not being in chronic pain definitely helps with that kind of thing. She's really gorgeous.
I've been noticing it about ALLOT of celebrity converts, lately!!! They look, TOTALLY different, in a GREAT way!!!
@TheHidalgo99 That was my main observation. It is amazing!!! She looks Amazing!
I know I was just saying the same thing she looks so much older in the before pictures wow that’s wonderful
Tabitha I’ve been vegan for three months I use to wake up with migraines every morning I couldn’t get out of bed for 15 to 20 minutes every morning for seven years I feel incredible I’m never going back because my headaches disappeared the day I went vegan. By the way thanks for sharing your story.
👏🌱
@Miss isle
Let people be happy, it works for some people, not everyone. Lord I see you everywhere in the comments just being a jerk. Let others just be positive online :/ If it works for them, who cares
Miss Isle You just keep eating the way you are let us choose our way
For you guys literally crying over her message, It’s the North Carolina hospitality she has. I know cause that’s all I grew up around. It’s a very loving, warm, sincere personality that infectious and it feels like a big hug🥰
I just want to hug her. She’s wonderful.
This lady must be the most wholesome, genuine, and lovely person I've ever seen
She is like a personal buddha. Like, can she be my therapist? I love how she does not dismiss doctors and she’s not saying that veganism is for everyone, but she has found that eating mostly plant based foods helps her feel better in life and that is just what works for her. She’s being realistic and thinking critically about her health and about how everyone’s needs are different. Bravo!
ikr she is so calming, just emanates tranquility. makes sense though because thats the effect Jesus will have on you, honey 😊
If you haven't read her book, or listened to her audiobook, then do yourself a favor because it's amazing! Her story will blow your mind and inspire you all at once. I laughed, cried, and felt full after listening. ❤❤❤
I would say she should be a voice actor but she is too beautiful.
I just want her to hold my hands and say honey everything will be alright
Shinny Pinneaple this is the one for that! vm.tiktok.com/vGR7jG/

@@LovelyMagpie thank you 🥺🥺🥺💖💖💖
I love this woman! Especially her end message. She's like the Bob Ross of Vegan Food and a voice that is much needed for today's society. Thank you Tabitha for being here.
Your story makes me feel like I’m going down the right path.. I woke up two months ago with pain in my neck, pressure in my head, brain fog, blurry eyes.. was so scared, saw a neurologist who called it a “resting migraine”.. thank you for sharing!
I love her voice, her accent, her style, her way to say the things, so wise, so real but not in a hurting way. I could watch her every day, she has a magnetic personality, so happy and so joyful. Thanks for open your heart to us, Tabitha!
I love when tabitha says “honey that’s your business” we need that on a t-shirt please!
