Episode 4, let’s go! For something new, we put our latest lens build to a stress test creating a vintage look. We combined the GreatJoy 1.35x Anamorphic Adapter with the iconic, vintage, and easy-to-cop Canon FD 35 to 105 F/3.5 Zoom.
These two optical designs complement each other brilliantly on S35. If you adapt your Canon FD to EF or get a speedbooster for FD, you may be able to extend this Full Frame coverage from 40 to 45mm and up. There is vignetting in Open Gate modes on the Z-Cam E2-S6 at 35mm but in DCI or UHD coverage is optimal for full range anamorphic zoom action!

Taking this combo one step further, we added two levels of Fog Filter, 1/4 and 2x power, along with a Cross/Star Filter for those vintage pops.
