We're back with our second look for Calamity, this time in studio. Special thanks to Jonathan of Studio JJAM for the all the help and making the space rental so seamless.
    From our previous video:
"This past spring, we had the opportunity to travel and film the prologue for an indie feature in Paris, more on that in a future video. In short, Paris was a whirlwind; breathtaking, inspiring, mind-opening; it was a needed creative challenge and proved something we always felt but couldn't confirm until being there: honor your wanderlust, for the things that scare you are the articles you must draw faith and determination from.
On our day to ourselves, we headed up to Montmartre and booked two models to film with. Special thanks to Jonathan of StudioJJAM IG: @studiojjam ( / studiojjam ) for hosting us - highly recommended for low impact filming. Find them on Peerspace.
Calamity was our first model that day, with the project kicking off just minutes after meeting on the bustling streets, but we knew right away she was going to knock this out with stye to spare. Filming was effortless and the people of Paris are very accomodating; can't wait to go back!"
Technical: Filmed on the Z-Cam E2-S6 with GreatJoy 1.35x Anamorphic Adapter with the 37mm Mir 1b as the taking lens. 6K (6144 x 3240) with the 1.35x squeeze, in ZLog2, ProRes 422 for the encoder.

It's a charcoal grey, but with the RGB lighting it reads as a red gradient. The lights we used were part of the studio; small, maybe 1x1 panels but they packed a punch. We had very little time to get lighting up, but we're happy with the overall outcome.
