F1 is absolutely faster in a real circuit. I ve seen the comparison on oval but I am not sure the f1 is slower with the correct configuration and setting. The F1 are the faster car for sure against indy car.
Panda #44 this is not correct. The f1 setting is for mixed circuits so with turns. Despite that the maximum speed reached by f1 is 371 with a mixed setting against 380 of indycar set for an oval circuit. Could be very interesting understand the behaviour of f1 with the right setting for an oval circuit.
The difference between each car is the fact that F1 specializes in roadcourses where as builders in Indy have to contend with not only the different road circuits on their schedule but also the ovals as well and you can see it in the car designs. Indy has a higher Top end speed but struggles against F1 when they get into the sections where acceleration is really needed. I have no doubt that if you stick Penske against Ferrari at a track like Watkins Glen, Sonoma, or Cota, it could be a pretty even fight since the teams can actually set up their cars to run as fast as possible on the circuit they're running on.
@@stukes4764 They still can set up the cars for the track they're running. The funny thing about next year is that we'll get to see at COTA whether or not Indycar can actually run that track faster than the F1 teams. May not be the sort of "Race Situation" that this is but it will be interesting to see the difference between the two on the same track.
Robby Post thats basically what i said, top end speed vs agility its like the difference in a track runner and Neymar. Well the track runner may be faster on a wide open area, he probably couldnt navigate a tight slalom as well as neymar could.
@@jeremeymcdude yeah but at the end of the day an indycar would never be able to touch an F1 car. They were about 10 seconds off the F1 pace at COTA testing last week.
That moment when F1 engine sounds in Assetto Corsa are better than in the original F1 games
that moment when AI in F1 from codemasters is better than the AI in AC
airstrike 900 AI in F1 games can be idiotic. Don't know about assetto corsa though.
""""""""original""""""""
U joking?
0:57 lol a McLaren overtaking a Ferrari
I Love F1 And IndyCar
Same
Never again will I watch one of these

raffaele sebastian indy car has a higher top speed then f1 but f1 has alot more acceleration the indy car and more down force

raffaele sebastian an f1 can reach 400kmh with small wings like the Indy cars
Makaveli as I thought :) thanks for the information
raffaele sebastian look at that , 413kmh : th-cam.com/video/1rEROADzJW0/w-d-xo.html
And those engines were less powerful than the v6 hybrid
Se posso darti solo un consiglio, alla fine potresti stilare l'ordine di arrivo
And in the real world on that circuit all the F1 cars drivers would be saying get those bloody tractors off the bloody track
Alonso overtaking EVERYONE
Amazing race
F1 have far better brakes - would be out braking the Indy cars every time
Making it look close. It's disrespectful. Apparently, Indycars can run side-by-side with an F1 car through fast bends.
Altro bellissimo video! È bello sapere che segui i consigli dei tuoi iscritti! Continua così!

Next simulation game at the Nurburgring green inferno
Nada es mas veloz que un F1 en circuitos.
Well in a racing circuit the Indy car don’t have a chance the F1 car would just win no challenge at all
É um sonho!
Show muito bom
No way would any Indy car be ahead of an f1 car on starting grid.

can indy cars actually turn right?
Not all races are on ovals, they also race on road/street courses.
Yes. They have 17 races... 5 are ovals. I don't know why people think indycar is an oval series when almost their entire schedule is Circuit racing
you re just a hater of american racing, aren't you?

jeremeymcdude Indy only has these cars with aero on road courses but the main body is the same still

No way. On a long straight an indycar could maybe catch the F1 car but after braking and accellaration the F1 car would be long gone.

Thats NOT all the 2018 f1s
Hello
E l'incidente di Verstappen?
10-15 seconds per lap faster.
Verstappen is the F1´s hero kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
SO WHERE ARE THE WINDSCREENS ON THE INDYCARS??????
ChampCarforlife they got none
They will very soon, they've been testing it at Indianapolis.
ChampCarforlife yeah. It needs to be a thing for ovals. They're way too dangerous for exposed helmets
Was that Hamilton behind piece of shit Indy cars?
