His Personal Perks Masochistic Power, Higher Perspective and Hex: Zero Mortal Plan allow you to grow stronger from damage while also striking mortals down with your divine judgement. Power: Godly Evolution Holding the power button will cause the god to charge his ki. Once it is at 25% The god can fire Ki blasts as a special attack. At 50% The Usurper can charge a kamehameha that fires directly forward destroying dropped pallets, breakable walls and damaging generators. At 100% The Usurper can transform into Super Saiyan Rosè. Tactical Retreat After stunning or blinding the killer you gain a 5% movement speed increase for 6 seconds and dont leave scratch marks. Has a 60 second cooldown. Defying Fate You rebel despite impossible odds for a chance of hope. Whenever you are injured this perk becomes active for 10 seconds. If you were to be downed by a special attack. You instead receive the deep wound status effect. Still Alive You manage to still find a way to survive despite your wounds Whenever you are in the dying state, you bleed out 10% slower Are these balanced? I'll be honest Masochistic power seems to weak when Enduring exists , being stunned only to decrease pallet stun duration only by 2% is not good and also you can lose stacks and it's a very bad perk :(:(:(:(
This is a killer that came on his own free will. The entity doesn't control him, the entity is just glad he does it's will. The Usurper has power even beyond the entities' comprehension.
If DbD were to ever get a DB guest killer it'd be most likely Imperfect Cell since his powerlevel can easily be adapted, there's also the potential of making him evolve during the trial. Nonetheless, you did a remarkable job with remixing Goku's Black theme for this crossover!
the question is how do you implement a db character where they can't fly rush at the survivors at super speed shoot ki blasts and just blow up the whole realm effortlessly and not be disappointed when they function as a regular killer even low balling imperfect cell he's still extremely fast and can fly and shoot ki blasts
@@magnolt Imperfect Cell doesn't need to have all of that if he's restricted to the power he had when he first left his larva/slug stage. He was forced to hide from the Z Fighters since he wasn't even close to their level so that form would be a good fit for the game.
@EvilLordCanas he's still very powerful outside of the realm of dragon ball characters even the larval form would still be like a xenomorph and some and if he becomes imperfect hes already stronger than namek freiza whos more than capable of blowing up a planey since hes made out of his dna the entity will have to severely nerf him like with Freddie kreuger

Once every 30 seconds, The Demon can perform a swipe attack with his nails with no hit cooldown and no damage to the survivor. If any survivor was hit by the attack, they will get the demonsaision status effect. They will slowly turn into a demon and after they are turned into one, they will become mindless and start attacking other survivors with no control of themselves. They can perform a series of skill checks to snap out of it. Secondary ability "True Form". The Demon can become a flesh monster (like in the end of DS). Any action performed in that state will be 20% faster while The Demons attack reach will also be extended (like a nemesis tentacle). However after 25 seconds the true form will be cancelled unless The Demon hits any survivor In these 25, then the countdown will reset. The Demons perks Secret Emperor: You work under everyones nose, without them knowing their doom. When you hook a survivor, you gain a token up to 16 tokens. After the cooldown ends, The Serial Killer can use it again to add more bombs with the usual 35 second cooldown. One its placed, the Serial Killer can press the switch, detonating the bomb. Although I doubt that BHVR would ever do an anime crossover, if they did I could see them doing something like Junji Ito for the horror. I would imagine that an anime face would be hard to render in the artstyle, so I could see them using the Crimson Saiyan form of the character if the unthinkable did happen... You know what other dragonball character would fit in the fog? Imperfect cell. He is literally a horror character, and it would make sense if the entity found an imperfect cell and promised him perfection. Leading the player to stack up kills that leads to semi-perfect cell and then perfect cell

Welp, the menu music was so fire, I felt the need to come up with perks for him. Zenkai Boost: The harder those below you fight, the stronger you become. When you are stunned by any means, this perk activates and the duration of the stun is doubled. While this perk is active, the killer's vaulting and breaking speed is increased by 30%, while their lunge range is increased by 50%. This perk deactivates after downing a survivor, and cannot be reactivated until you down 4/3/2 survivors. Not stackable with other perks or addons. (Coup doesn't extend lunge range, Brutal doesn't work on pallets, etc. But the initial stun before the perk is active does work with Enduring if you wanna do that) "You can hurt me as much as you want - the pain will only make me grow stronger." - Goku Black Merciless Divinity: There is no salvation for your enemies - only eternal damnation. Upon downing a survivor, this perk activates. When the survivor that activated the perk is picked up, you are immune to blinds and stuns from all other survivors while carrying them. This perk deactivates when that survivor is hooked, and cannot be activated until a different survivor is hooked. Any pallets dropped on the killer while this perk is active are immediately broken. "To think that you could touch a god is proof your heart is stained with sin." - Zamasu Broken Future: Despite witnessing your power, your foes continue to struggle against the inevitable. When a survivor completes a generator or a heal action, this perk activates. The survivor(s) that completes either action suffers from a 25% penalty to repairing/healing. As a Dragon Ball fan myself, It'd be a dream to have this chapter and then a second one (like Resident Evil) with Frieza, Cell and Kid Buu as Killers.
I honestly believe that Frieza and Cell are good choices, with Cell being the most *perfect* choice. Kid Buu, however, would just blow up the map the second he first appears.

The Demons power is called "Demon Manifestation". Once every 30 seconds, The Demon can perform a swipe attack with his nails with no hit cooldown and no damage to the survivor. If any survivor was hit by the attack, they will get the demonsaision status effect. They will slowly turn into a demon and after they are turned into one, they will become mindless and start attacking other survivors with no control of themselves. They can perform a series of skill checks to snap out of it.
Secondary ability "True Form". The Demon can become a flesh monster (like in the end of DS). Any action performed in that state will be 20% faster while The Demons attack reach will also be extended (like a nemesis tentacle). However after 25 seconds the true form will be cancelled unless The Demon hits any survivor In these 25, then the countdown will reset.

Secret Emperor:
You work under everyones nose, without them knowing their doom.
When you hook a survivor, you gain a token up to 16 tokens. When all generators are repaired, all tokens get sacrificed and all survivors suffer for the hindered and hemorrhage status effect. Every token will buff the duration of the effects by 5 seconds
Hex: Hidden Motives
Planning without no one noticing is a cake for you
In a trail, one boon totem will become a hex totem. If the totem is up, the killer will gain the undetectable status effect until the totem is broken
Demonic Power
Your powers are beyond human comprehension
When you kick a generator, the generator will get blocked by the entity for 70 seconds. After the duration ends, Demonic Power will have a 55 second cooldown
The Serial Killer
Movement: 4.4
Terror Radius: 16m
Height: Average.
The Serial Killers power is called "Killer Queen".
First bomb:
The Serial killer uses Killer Queen to plant First Bomb to any tile but not floor of the map and his power will be on cooldown for 35 seconds. It will be invisible for survivors except from a burning hand print and The Serial Killer will be able to see the aura of the bomb. After the cooldown ends, The Serial Killer can use it again to add more bombs with the usual 35 second cooldown. One its placed, the Serial Killer can press the switch, detonating the bomb. It will injure any survivor that are close to it. If they get hit again by another bomb, they will go in Deep Wound, and if they are hit for the 3rd time they will be put in the downed state. The Serial Killer can plant a bomb on top of survivors, and when pressing the switch it will put the survivors on the downed state, but it will take only 5 seconds for them to get up and they will be on the healthy state after.
Second ability, "Bites The Dust".
In the trial, a meter will start increasing very slowly. Once its full, The Serial Killer can use Bites The Dust. He uses Killer Queen to plant a BTD bomb on a survivor and after 15 seconds, he can detonating it and going the trial to the state it was before 60 seconds. Any survivors that escaped before the BTD, they will be replaced by bots.
BTD will only be used once a trial
The Serial Killers perks
No Witnesses:
You know letting them live is a bad idea and you will do anything to kill them
When you down a survivor, any survivor inside your teror radius will receive the exposed status effect for 10 seconds and the hindered status effect for 20 seconds
Peaceful Life:
You will escape and leave a quiet lifestyle no matter what
Once a survivor is killed in the trial, all survivors receive the blinded status effect for 60 seconds and you receive the undetectable status effect and a 2% buff to your speed for 45 seconds
Uncommon Fetish:
Your will lose control to succeed in your weird ambitions
In the trial, one survivor will become the obsession. Once the obsession is hooked, someone else will become the new obsession. When chasing your obsession, get a 35% speed in all actions
The Control Devil
Movement: 4.6
Terror Radius: 36m
Height: a little below than average
The Control Devils power is Contract. The Control Devil can use a special attack. She shoots a chain out of her index finger and will have a cooldown of 40 seconds. If the chain hits a survivor, they will receive the contracted status effect. If the effect lingers, any stun, blind or action that hurts the Control Devil, will take a health state from the contracted survivor but it can only injure them or put them in the deep wound state if they are already injured. The Control Devil can have more than one contract
If an contracted survivor is hooked, the Control Devil can perform an action Infront of them. The Control Devil will do weird hand sighs and she can damage any survivor in the trial (can also down them). After this action is performed, the survivor looses the contracted status effect

You become obsessed with one survivor. When you injure the obsession, all survivors receive the oblivious status effect for 40 seconds except the obsession. If an obsession dies then there can no longer be any other obsession.

When a survivor enters a locker, the locker becomes blocked for 40 seconds and you can see its aura
Hex: City Mouse
You want privacy, while everyone wants attention
One totem becomes a hex totem in the trial. When a survivor does a helping action, healing a teammate, their aura will be reavialed to you.

The Arranchars ability is called "Kyōka Suigetsu". Pressing the active ability button, it will have a purple aura on the Arranchars Zanpakutō for 20 seconds. When a survivor looks at your direction while Shikai is active, they will fall under your Shikais spell until they are hooked. If they are under it, you can give them the following effects at any time:
Make yourself invisible to that survivor
Create a fake illusion of yourself that will charge at them and disappear
Make them hear a fake terror radius
Give them the notification that they are under any status while they are not
Apply a -10% repairing speed
Apply a -10% healing speed
Only one effect can be put on a survivor

Expert Manipulator:
Your tactics to manipulation surprise the entity itself
When a survivor finishes healing another survivor within 45 meters of yourself, wilk receive the blindness and oblivious status effect for 30 seconds. Expert manipulator has a cooldown of 40 seconds after the effects expire
Part Of Plan:
You are a genius at forming your next plan and at executing it
Whne you injure a survivor, that survivors will reveal the aura of any survivor within 26 meters of himself for 40 seconds. Part of a plan has a cooldown of 60 seconds
Scourged Hook: Captains Tactics:
You have great battle information from your past
When you hook a survivor on a scourged hook, all survivors within the 16m of a scourged hook will scream and receive the exposed status effect for 30 seconds

I would imagine that an anime face would be hard to render in the artstyle, so I could see them using the Crimson Saiyan form of the character if the unthinkable did happen...

You know what other dragonball character would fit in the fog? Imperfect cell. He is literally a horror character, and it would make sense if the entity found an imperfect cell and promised him perfection. Leading the player to stack up kills that leads to semi-perfect cell and then perfect cell
I don't watch dbz cuz there's too many seasons and episodes but cell would definitely be a good killer in dbd unironically

Welp, the menu music was so fire, I felt the need to come up with perks for him.
Zenkai Boost: The harder those below you fight, the stronger you become.
When you are stunned by any means, this perk activates and the duration of the stun is doubled.
While this perk is active, the killer's vaulting and breaking speed is increased by 30%, while their lunge range is increased by 50%. This perk deactivates after downing a survivor, and cannot be reactivated until you down 4/3/2 survivors. Not stackable with other perks or addons. (Coup doesn't extend lunge range, Brutal doesn't work on pallets, etc. But the initial stun before the perk is active does work with Enduring if you wanna do that)

Merciless Divinity: There is no salvation for your enemies - only eternal damnation.
Upon downing a survivor, this perk activates. When the survivor that activated the perk is picked up, you are immune to blinds and stuns from all other survivors while carrying them. This perk deactivates when that survivor is hooked, and cannot be activated until a different survivor is hooked.
Any pallets dropped on the killer while this perk is active are immediately broken.
