The Cyberpsycho
Power: Cyberpsychosis
Once the power meter fills up (120 seconds) The Cyberpsycho gains a massively increased movement speed, all survivors are slowed down to half speed. The Cyberpsycho gains an increased speed to breaking pallets, walls, and gens. Hitting a survivor while in Cyberpsychosis applies deep wounds but doesn't deal a health state, and flings the survivor back, slowing them, hitting them a second time damagages them for a health state. Being stunned by a pallet or locker automatically disables Cyberpsychosis mode, and increases the recharge time by a permanent 5%. The Cyberpsycho cannot be blinded by any means during cyberpsychosis, it instead applies slowness for 3 seconds. The Cyberpsycho gains a permanent 10% boost to his power recharge speed after hooking a survivor. Survivors can interact with Autorippers (special items that function like a locker) to install cyberware, that will will provide them with 1 bonus health state, that can be removed by a basic attack. Survivors who lose this bonus health state gain a smaller speed boost than the normal one after being struck. Survivors can also choose to craft a Daemon at the expense of a health state (already injured survivors have deep wounds applied and are marked unable to heal for 30 seconds). Applying the Daemon to a generator will stun, blind, and disable the Cyberpsychos power for 30 seconds. Each time an AUtoripper is used, it goes on shutdown, and cannot be reused again for 200 seconds. Autorippers cannot be used to heal a survivor, they remain injured. The Cyberpsycho can interact with an autoripper to remove a Daemon and gain a speed boost for 10 seconds.
Perks:
Corporate Dog: The entity is your master now, and you serve her well. You can kick a generator 1/2/3 more times than the default, and you gain a temporary 5/10/15% speed boost when vaulting through an entity blocked window.
Metal Monster: You are a machine of pure fear and evil. every 45 seconds, you can tank a pallet throw, stun, or blind with zero detriment to yourself. Your speed is unaffected, but after tanking, you cannot use a basic attack for 3/2/1 second(s).
They Are Meat: They are nothing more than food for your twisted hunger. Every time you hook a survivor, 10/15/20% progress toward the next hook state is automatically added.

Possible Survivors idea
Rogue( the guilt for leaving Johnny behind probably plagued her mind for years fester in her mind like a darkness engulfing her like the fog. After an all night bender from fixing up jobs a new drug caught her eye. "Entity" not heard of on the streets of Night City, but maybe something new would do her some good. A huff and she was off to Dreamland where the fog will take her to the entity.
Johnny Silverhand- when Silverhand was brought into Arasaka after the bombing of the tower, to be a test subject for the soul killer, it was a lot different than he would have thought.
That way we get Keanu Reeves in the game to be alongside Bruce Campbell and Nicholas Cage, as well as Sigourney Weaver.
The Cyborg
Power: Apex Being, The cyborg can activate his Sandevistan and for 15 seconds the entire map and all players freeze. During this time the Cyborg can injure any survivors once, or pick them up from the ground or generators. Each use of Apex Being adds a token to his power, up to a max of 6. Once the maximum amount of tokens is reached, The Cyborg may active his missile launcher by holding the action button. This will fire a volley of 6 rockets up to 30 meters in front of the Cyborg. Insta-downing any survivors hit by them.
Cool ability, here's a couple add on ideas
• Shrapnel Piece: A metal fragment from the RPG blast that destroyed Adam's body, invokes rage within him.
(Increases missile blast radius by 10%)
• Trauma Team Card: A necessity for anyone who lives dangerously.
(Hitting a survivor while Sandevistan is active inflicts Mangled for 60 seconds)
• Stalker Optics: Kiroshi ocular cyberware optimized for tracking down prey.
(Reveals survivor auras for 5 secs after Apex Being ends)
• Metal Finger: A silver middle finger ripped from the cold dead hand of a legendary Rockerboy
(Using Apex Being grants Haste effect after it ends)
• Destroyed Apogee: An inferior Sandevistan model rendered unusable during a bloody and explosive battle
(Using Apex Predator no longer freezes time, instead slowing it by 75%. Actions performed during it's duration grant 150% extra bloodpoints)

I imagine the killer with that kind of hability!
I imagine it causes haste for the survivor and hindered for everyone else, and it leaves the survivor with deep wound, bleeding, hallucinating and injured with a minute long cooldown.

I would love a Cyberpunk themed chapter where we can get a killer like Smasher or survivors like Lucy,David,V,Rebecca,or hell even Johnny Silverhand.

I think Lucy would work the best out of the Edgerunners cast mentioned since she, and Falco, were the only survivors of its ending, so she'd have more set-up as a rival to him from those 3. Tho V and Silverhand would be sick!
Adam comes completely left field for me.. But he actually would fit in DBD, yeah. I'd never thought of him until now.

DBD should bring Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba as chapter since it's a hit horror action manga. The survivor will be Rengoku Kyoujirou
Jujutsu Kaisen should join DBD since it's a hit horror action manga. The survivor will be Yuuta Okkotsu
DBD should contact Marvel and DC to bring some of their comic characters to be in DBD since Marvel and DC also make horror comics. Imagine watching The Batman who Laughs chasing Alfred Pennyworth in RPD or Carnage chasing Nick Fury in Avengers HQ
The Promised Neverland should consider to join DBD since it's a popular horror manga. The survivors are Emma, an 11 yo genius athletic girl, Norman, an 11 yo genius mathematician and detective, and Ray, an 11 yo genius mechanic and tech expert. Imagine how awesome will be their perks since they are 11 yo genius level intellect kids. The additional survivors can be Don, a 10 yo pickpocket, Gilda, a 10 yo bookworm, and Anna, a 9 yo girl who is expert at medical things

Okay let's be honest, a lot of us were hoping this was the direction Skull Merchant was going to be. A badass deadly cyborg killer and not just some rich lady with some drones.

About Lucyna and Vincent in this menu theme, are they survivors or killers?
Lucy and V (male) are the survivors while Adam Smasher is the killer, I can see Lucy getting a Panam and Judy ans Rouge skin while V (male) can have the female V and David Martinez and Johnny Silverhand as skins, as for Adam he can have his look when he and Johnny first met in 2023
There are not many looks for Adam, I believe they could just do a blighted ver. only like Nemesis. Would be awesome to look his body tech melted or mutated.

3:26 and onward.
So the picture that represents the killer is super small and it sort of spins around and creates and after effect trail. This makes the already small picture super blurry and thus I am unable to see the artists rendition of this killer to match the audio. I would either not make it spins so fast because the image is really blurry and too distracting from the music. And I would enlarge it a bit as there is a ton of unused space that is just grey smoke.
Thats just my 2 cents to give a bit of constructive feedback. I know this is technically an audio presentation than a visual one and that you're trying something new as opposed to your older DBD video themes.

Killer Power: *Sadivestan* Press and hold the Ability Button to activate Sandivestan Mode. While in Sandivestan Mode your Terror Radius and Red Stain are hidden from Survivors. Movement speed is increased by 200%, and any Action (breaking, damaging generators, snuffing totems, hooking, locker checking) is increased by 300%. You cannot injure Survivors while in Sandivestan Mode, and you are unable to attack for a short period of time after deactivating Sandivestan Mode.
Killer Perks:
*A Rudimentary Upgrade*
[Any time a Survivor changes a Health State by any means, gain 10% Haste for 10/15/20 seconds]
*"F#%king Meat"*
[Whenever you are stunned by any means gain 1 Token, up to a maximum of 10 Tokens.
2 Tokens: Survivors have their Auras revealed for 15/20/25 seconds whenever they stun you.

[Press the Activate Secondary Ability Button on a Generator to trap it. The Trapped Generator has it's Aura highlighted to you in Green. Survivors who interact with the Trapped Generator have their Aura revealed to you and sufer from 25% Hindered for 30 seconds after leaving the Trapped Generator]
