Piping Up! The musical pipes that create the story of the music

Episode 3 of Piping Up with Stephen Regec.
Today's episode is shot here again in Quakertown, PA but at Trinity Lutheran Church. The organist is Michael Kuhnert. He has been serving as an organist since 1997 at Trinity. The organ is another walker technical organ like in the first episode. This organ is a mixture of speakers and pipes. Some of the pipes have gone silent due to repair costs so they were replaced by speakers by Walker and they fill the room with sound that sounds like the real deal. Walker has mastered the sound of the organ and used this knowledge to arrange all their speakers in the right way to bring the truest sound. Michael Kuhnert had this to say about being an organist. "The pipe organ is the organist's canvas in which he uses the music, stops, and the pipe organ's voices to paint the picture to bring the story of the music to life."
