My son has bought storage units off and on his very first one was a gold mine full of collectables a ton of hot wheels and vintage toys.. most of the units he has done pretty good there have been a couple that were more trash than anything.
With the storage units it's not as much what you pay for it but the junk you have to remove and trash. That can be hundreds of dollars for the dump and lots of time that eats into returns. That's why you see Storage Wars they will pay higher prices for units that look cleaner with less trash and higher value items. Just like any industry you start with high work lots of trash for the occasional big hit and then learn how to buy the better stuff.
Hey Kevin, I have been watching your videos for awhile now, and wanted to know about you getting glassware stuff. I see you have a blacklight and shine it on green glassware, uranium glass. Do you know that also blue glass, white, yellow, pink,clear, and some red also glows green under a blacklight? If you ever find the corn cob uranium glass, you better get it! the 1st edition machamp pokemon card is the nost common of the orginal sets. they were included in the starter decks only so they were heavily distributed.
Man that’s a good price on that unit ..a lot of them I’ve seen people get are around $500 minimum. I wish I had the space to store the stuff to be able to do them 😊
These have to be old video - the grass is green and sleeves are short, and as usual the critters are the best things at the sales. SIlver-on-copper silverplate is a better grade than usual. If all else fails, you can scrap it for copper weight.
I would have brought some empty totes and sorted things out before I packed it into the truck. And maybe even some trash bags for the clothes. Looks like you just have a pilot junk in the back of that truck. Hopefully you're going to do a yard sale soon to get rid of the excess.

Have you been following the unit Jebus just bought on Treasure Hunting with Jebus? If you found a unit like that and sold everything on eBay instead of blowing it out on WhatNot, you'd probably get $200K out of it. Having the capital to buy a big unit, and the infrastructure to handle it, is key.
The AlienBees would have been a pick up for me. Those were the strobe lights with the umbrellas you glanced at. Photography equipment that’s quality does really well. 😊

He's a quarterback.He is a sophomore and won the championship this season. And his nickname, since he was five years old, is the HULK he's been known that since he was five, and he's very well known in the bay.Area. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know. You should be looking for some of the older rare pennies in those coin jars. Like the steel pennies and such. You might get lucky!

Dust can be planted with a Shop Vac, but even webs with plastic cement, but not the same look to me
