Hi Amanda. I did the 3 day challenge. Today is the day after the 3rd day. Got on the scale. Wow. I lost 8 lbs. For me that's electrifying. Now I want to do a 30 day challenge. Thank you for giving me inspiration. I can do this. 🥰🙋♀️♥️
Hey there. I have lost 15 pounds since Nov 16th. I am 42, blood cancer survivor put in menopause from a stem cell transplant. I have fasted at least 16-18 hours a day and quit alcohol for the most part. Only twice since and that was a party and ate keto/very low carb. I have not exercised other than light walking. I found your big salad video and I am going to try this for the week! I eat salads but not like for my only main meal usually. So I’m trying this now and let’s see what happens. I also did some quick hiit cardio today and that felt good. I’ve lost just enough where I feel I’m not dying! 🙌🏼 I would like to lose at least 20-25 more pounds.
Just to prove what you said... I went on a strict keto diet and seriously lost 25 pounds in the first week (265 to 240), swollen ankles gone. Went off the diet 3 months later and instantly gained the 25 pounds back (with hideously swollen ankles)! Went back on the diet, lost the identical 25 pounds (and no more swollen ankles), only this time it took me two weeks. Then, it took MONTHS to break the 240 on the scales. Lesson is, it's water weight only! The REAL weight loss comes with dedication - and ignoring the scales for at least one week at a clip. She is right - it took time to put it all on, and it is going to take awhile to take it off. Be kind to yourself in the meanwhile.
This cracked me up. Im doing this program and i realized that I'm always disappointed with my weight loss. Then I realized that the number I was disappointed in is getting lower and lower LOL
Day 11, down 19 lbs. I was really retaining water when I started, so I'm sure quite a bit was that. One head of lettuce salad at lunch, meat and veggies for dinner. Sometimes no dinner (that's hard when you are cooking for the family)...gonna keep at it.
Yes! Thank you for saying this. I’m just joining your group and it saddens me how sad people are they they’ve only lost... losing is losing and be proud of it all!
Thanks for this. I just started a week and a half ago and am down 10 pounds. And I cheated and drank wine so that's my fault. I just wonder how many of the slow losers are cheating to? Just sayen. I started at 197 and my goal is 135.

I was excited to lose 15 pounds but I didn’t do it in a week. Any weight loss is a success to me.😁

I'm on day 3 and down close to 2 lbs. I'll take that anytime! Thanks for being real 🙂

Oh my gosh I love how sassy you are 😂❤️
You are such a hoot! I am laughing - you said what I am always thinking when I read that!!!
Slow and steady wins the race.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I so needed to hear this today!💕
Perspective!! Thank you!!
Losing weight is a by product of getting healthy. The goal is to get healthy. As you achieve, the weight will come off
The race is not given to the swift... but to those who endure to the end.
Thanks for these great words and reason.
A loss is a loss. Amanda weather you know it or not you are so funny. I love this group
