Exactly. I’m sure they have and this science is cool but maybe we should focus on saving the planet before putting newly cloned animals in danger. It’s just something to think about. 🥲
Nope! Why bring them back, when humans will just make them extinct again? We will hunt theses animals for fun, trophies, meat, out of fear right back into extinction.
i would think that that has got to be a big reason why a lot of these extinct species have not yet been fully brought back, even though we already seem to have the technology to do so

Evidently not. As they haven't evolved naturally. Neither has their food source. So, therefore, their natural food source has to be looked at as well as the food chain it fits into all this has a rippling effect. It can have devastating consequences. Forcing animal species to hunt and forage different prey/ food sources than they originally did, can force them out of the habitat they already reside in. So yeah it will have a big effect on the eco-system. And we also have ourselves as a species to look at, as to what we breed, hunt, gather, plant, harvest, and farm.
Ok. Has anyone thought about the eco system? How about the effects on man, and the animals today?

I've been to Africa recently and went to a historical museum in Kenya where I saw most of the fossils of the early humans which is so cool. I have pictures to which I have actually posted on Instagram.
I would love to see Mammoths brought back... it will be done. They want to practice the technology if nothing else.
