To be fair, the Lamenters went with the Astral claws due to proximity and friendship, that is why they got censured after the badab war. Just be thankful that they survived through it unlike the Mantis Warriors who were virtually wiped out... 😅
My first introduction to this chapter was in a Raven Guard book in which both Raven Guard and Minotaurs broke into the same building. The Raven Guard played stealthy and didn't engage any targets if they could help it. Minotaurs... had a different strategy in mind.
The Minotaurs are actually the closest chapter to what the Emperor wanted from post-crusade Astartes. They are controlled by the government and don't question orders. It's what Horus was afraid of and lead him to chaos.
@@HumanoidCableDreads The High Lords are extremely corrupt. I don't think he would've ever given them control of Astartes like the Minotaurs. Some of them with planetary control would eventually go the way of Kreig's royalty

One of my favorite chapters delivered on my birthday no less. Great job. However, I want to throw something out there. I don't know if they are confirmed as "Traitor gene-seed" But even if they are it could be from any one of 3 different legions in my opinion. Everyone likes to say that they are Iron warriors due to the Brutality and cold nature of their combat which I get and can kind of see. So that's 1. You did say thet in the history of the chapter the only corruption seen was Nurgle so the Suggests Death Guard which could explain why they are so tough. This is where I would like to throw out an alternative. Horus. If you look at the success rate of combat engagements it suggests that they could be of the sons of Horus. Just think that any of the 3 could be valid as none of them showed much mercy on the battle field. Also, I prefer thinking about them being from 1 legion as I hate the Idea of "Chimaric Gene-seed". I feel it takes away from what makes the legions unique and just creates a situation where someone has the attitude of "My guy has all the power from everyone so he is the best now." Just me, my opinion, I don't like it. In any case, Thanks for your hard work.

The reason why The Minotaurs’ Chapter Master is a such a badass is because he’s actually Omegon and the reason why they are so Brutal is because he’s trying to redeem his brothers betrayal and bringing justice to anyone who turns away from his Fathers Light!
