Anyway Ben Lincoln (the one mentioned in the Lost Levels bonus) and Raina Audrom (the director of this remaster) they also have a TH-cam channel where, as soon as they managed to recover most of this deleted material, they published it and in fact on their channels you can find a more or less complete versions of these levels (apart from Kain's mountain retreat which is definitely more complete in the remaster).
i think the only real way to go back to this franchise would either be a blood omen 1 remake or a game set well into the future after kain has defeated the elder god and with different problems in the world instead now, and just leave it a mystery as to how kain defeated the elder god.
