Transform Your RC Car With Oil Paint Weathering Technique

In this RC model painting tutorial I'm going to be using oil paints to add some weathering to this cheap unimog RC car.
The P-06 UNIMOG 1/12. Full proportional control.
It's pretty scale and realistic looking, has portal axles and a lot of cargo space.

I ain’t that great with paint and the base coat is hard enough but maybe I will do a wash on it as I feel brave. Besides the nice new look It has to earn it’s wear.

Wow that's an incredible job you done on the paint 👌 does the kit come with the Mercedes badge or did you have to make it ?

Mine came with the Mercedes badge because the seller included it. LDRC does not provide it in the box as it's not officially licenced.

Damn, it looks incredible. I was hoping to be the first to paint it and show it of here I am still waiting to receive it. What paint did you use, I am mostly interested in the kind of paint you use to paint it white.
