This is beautiful! My mother and grammie made all of girls make fabric books with fancy stitches 🧵. Starting at age five and had to make a new book starting of the new year until we were 16 years old. I’m the youngest of 13 kids, all the girls had to make our own wedding dresses, also. My mother and grammie made our clothes, also my fathers suits and ties. My mother made couture women’s coats and gowns. We also all fell into the sewing circle.
I am now 33 years old, I have designed car seats for Cadillac, Corvette, Hummer many of the high end cars and trucks. Things happen when your parents make you stick to something. 🙋♀️✌️😁♥️🌹

What a beautiful soft and poufy hand stitched lil book! Your slow stitching is amazing Jeanette! I luv the laces and beads on the edges, and each page is just adorable. I would never have the patience (I seem to be lacking in virtues), and I think my fingers and hands would cramp up or go numb. Lovely work, my friend! I am not surprised in the least, that you are an extraordinary slow stitcher, as you have a real eye and talent for creating art with fabrics. TFS! Lil hugs xo

I'm a 57 year young artist, who suddenly got an urge on stiching and journaling, but, I found out I can't stich for long hours, and need a good embroidery stiching machine......perhaps, when I get older, I will find a rocking chair to sit on for the stichery projects, and show theem at youtube! wud dat be nice.....? or not!
