Hi Dale, I’m sorry your shoulder is being difficult. It’s so frustrating to not feel good. Take care of yourself. Thank you for still taking time to chat with us all. I love your organized mess ❤️❤️
Hi Dale, sorry to hear that you are still in pain, hopefully it will be better by gardening time. Since I can’t garden, I really enjoyed watching your garden grow, lol.love your little book marks ,a great idea for using up some scraps! I b hope I left a comment on the last video, lol, Seriously Dale get well soon. Let us know what the Dr., said. Bye💕
Lovely to see the snow I'm from UK. Its beautiful ^_^ I am inspired to get out my scraps and start some slow stitching. I had frozen shoulder before it lasted months but slowly swinging it with ice pack it got better...hope yours heals soon. ^_^
I was so happy to see you this morning! But really sorry to hear that your shoulder is so bad. I used to work in a physiotherapy clinic, so I know how long the rehab takes for a frozen shoulder, so I sincerely hope it turns out to be something simpler! Your bookmarks are great, what a good idea to create something small and simple and mailable. I have been working on pouches, and am finding that the felt bases I’ve been using are not easy enough to stitch through,( for my shoulder and arthritic hands) so I’ll be going back to using batting. Best of luck at your Dr.’s appointment. I will be sending healing vibes from BC.
I guess felt is a more dense fabric. You wouldn’t think so. I have some very thin batting and it’s really nice to stitch through. My favourite is the really old soft fabrics. They are so nice to stitch through! Thanks for the vibes!
Well said and done. I love recycling, and your bookmarks are beautiful 😍 I also have shoulder problems, and I try to be busy sewing with my machine.. I wish you fast healing. ❤ ps here in Italy everything blocks with 50cm of snow as we don't get much snow.
Oh, Dale…I am sorry about the shoulder. Perhaps your snow shoveling event you shared with us might have been a “trigger”…I had a similar issue, and I underwent successful (yay!) physical therapy. There was a single cortisone injection to start the whole healing process. I hope your medical appt provides answers and guidance and a road to healing and regaining use of your arm! Please tell us about how you care for your Christmas cactus plants. My mother passed in November, and I have her small plant…and it is clearly unhappy since I brought it to my home! :(
Please accept my condolences in the passing of your Mother… I’m so very sorry. I have my Mother’s cactus as well she’s been gone 40 years next month! I have learned a lot about them over the years. Don’t overwater is the first thing I will say. I only water every 2-3 weeks. They don’t like to be moved, is second. And they prefer filtered sunlight, mine grow best in the north window in a cool room. About September I put them in a cool dark place and forget about them. Bring them back out in late November and start watering and they bloom for Christmas( usually). My mom’s seldom blooms anymore, after 40+ yrs it has retired, but I take slips from it every once in awhile and they all go on blooming after about a year! It might not be happy because it has been moved. It’s sulking, but with some love, it will perk up.
Hi Dale, Your bookmarks are really cutge. I'm sorry your shoulder is bothering you. You've had a tough couple of years it seems. I hope you are feeling better soon so you can get out into your gardens. ❤🙏❤

That’s exactly how it is on my table 👍🏻👍🏻🪡🧵🤗❤️ and chair 😊
“Organised in my own mess”!!! That is me exactly. You can be sure I will be using that with my husband. X
I hope that you feel better soon 🤗
I love slow stitching. I am doing an EPP quilt project. I drag it from room to room in a basket so I can keep my hands busy.
