PS, thank you for all of the hard work and research that you're doing ! And you're so graciously sharing with others. You're supplying tons of information ! And I sincerely appreciate that. I'm a 65-year-old grandmother trying to figure out what to do in the future.
@@ConnieGMarie33 I’m in a predicament, too, and not sure what my future plans are. I’m hoping to find a rental tiny home community. I own my home but the maintenance and ever increasing utilities is making it hard on me.
❤❤ your channel! Good info! I have a question for you. I live in Las Vegas . What communities are close to me? Looking to go tiny in the future . I believe we have one small one on Fremont street. Not what I’m looking for to live in downtown. This community was built as a project as far as I know .
Hey, Mic! Have you looked into the tiny homes by BoxHouse? (The SkyLoft is SO CUTE!) They're kind of an ADU/Boxabl vibe. What do you think? I would love to hear your perspective, when/if you get a chance :)
@@MicThinksTiny I'm still looking for a community before deciding on a model. The video you just did of Tiny Home Villages outside of Nashville looks great, and it was my first time hearing about Nordic & Spruce! Thanks for all that you do, Mic. Your work is so incredibly helpful!
I would consider the creek walk college that would be my pic as number one number two would be the RV I think that’s the Ridge one then number three would be the second one and number four will be in the same spot as a number four
Farmer's Cove and Mountain Grove, both the same development people as Creekwalk, are not ready (3yrs after beginning) so not currently available. You have to purchase either an Eclipse model home, or one of the Park Models they offer. Mountain Grove initially said they would have "bring your own" homes, but I think that may have changed. You have to lease the lot, they are not available to own.
Hi! Thanks for watching. I'm not sure about Mississippi. More to come about Alabama. Florida has quite a few I believe but I only know of Tiny Estates in Marianna.
Hi! For these communities, unfortunately, it's just online reviews that we have to go off of. I will have videos coming up soon where people talk about safety/maintenance for tiny homes so stay tuned!
I believe it was 5,000 down before the lots were installed. They build tiny homes beginning at 25k. They can be built off-grid or fully move in ready or custom built. But it is a community that is close an caring. Much like the owners, if you watch any of their videos.

It's a $10,00 buy in fee...I would not move there...Randy doesn't follow through and there are plenty of issues....Facebook has a group of people living what they have experienced...it's not a hood idea

I'm in Vegas, too, and doing the same. No luck. We need more affordable options here for sure. I might have to move.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Yes, definitely check out Nordic and Spruce they make really lovely homes. I like their designs!

Good to know! It does seem like a solid option. Hopefully I can get them on the channel.
And yes, I’ll look into NC too.
Can you look at KW Tiny Homes in the Ft Lauderdale, FL area. It screams SCAM to me. Thanks Mic!

I have a friend that lives in her tiny in Bryson City it’s a RV park she loves it
I wish you would also talk about safety in those communities
The 2nd amendment is enough ...pew pew
@Choco-Kat true but I don't want to spend all of that money and be tied to a lease and have to deal with some bs.

Hi, I live at Creekwalk Tiny Home Community. Been here almost 5 years now. Ticked all my boxes! Phase 3 is now just beginning to open up.
Ridge Spring :)
Cottages at Anderson I would like to know more about. Also, did you find the tiny houses in West Columbia? I think they do rent to own.
Hello! I did not. What is the name of the community in West Columbia?
@ Let me find the community…
@ West Oaks Village in West Columbia and Stone Canyon Cabins in Columbia!

Have you ever researched Incredible Tiny Homes in Tennessee? They have communities with lots beginning at $200 a month.
