    I don’t comment often, but I had to on this meditation,
    about a year ago I started having really difficulty with anxeiety 1 hour before bed, I found this one to be the only one that helped me calm down.
    Your voice is just perfect for me, and I have used this one almost every night since.
    I know that when nothing else helps, this one always fixes it, honestly had such big impact on my life, I’m really grateful Lavendare ❤

    Hi, Having anxiety and panic attacks lately. Someone suggested meditation. That lead me to lavendaire. I binged the channel for a couple hours. Your content is so refreshing and positive!! And the comments are mostly friendly and supportive. I love it!! And I love the meditation videos! Your voice is very relaxing! The cadence and surety with which you speak are calming.     I've been using this to meditate at night whenever I get the chance and I have to say i love it! Ur voice is so soothing and this helps me fall asleep better :)
    edit: Been almost 2 years and I still come back to this whenever I feel like I need it, and it always helps me feel at peace again. thank you so much 🥰 this is the one guided meditation I'll use forever

    You helped me a lot better and effective more than any sleeping 💊 s, I was having stressful day and couldn't sleep for 36 hours straight had a very rapid hard beats I thought it will control me but I controlled it only if I believe and concrete on the words. this is true you have to learn it to combat it.

    Hello ma'am please make a video of 10 minutes mindfulness ...
    There is a 20 minutes meditation but I think 10 minutes meditation is most demanding one...
    And please keep uploading meditation after meditation on same topic within every 2/3 months... because I know from my one year experience of meditation: sometimes practicing one meditation for long time make that bit less fruitful(effective)...

    hello, just wanted to say thank you for this meditation, i usually have back and shoulder pain before sleeping and i want to both meditate and stretch but i cant focus on both at the same time. i love that you involved a part just for stretches and also added extra time for us to stretch individually. this has been great help, so thank you 💓

    What do you think about making hardcover notebooks with the same type of cover (and paper type) as your workbooks, same size, but all lined, dotted or blank on the inside....and also plain cover (but in a variety of colors to choose from) so that we can customize it to our liking? If you're not down with that, can you tell me how I can get one manufactured? The office/art supply stores don't sell any ones I'm looking for.
