How to scale a formula up/down using a calculator

In this video I am showing the method I use to scale my formulas up or down. The key to scaling a recipe is having that recipe in percentage form. That is the starting point once you have your percentages you can increase and decrease the recipe, and also make substitutions to ingredients.
