@@andykaandyka9897As he says in the video, the ending digits have to add up to 10 for the trick to work. For your example 5 + 7 = 12 ≠ 10, so the trick doesn't apply. Its nice to know your 2 digit squares ending in 5 ex: 85 ^2 Let A = 85 90x80 = (A+5)(A-5) = A^2 - 25 so u must add 25 to make A^2-25 to equal A^2 Follow that pattern and memorize these and u will be able to shortcut stuff like 88 X 82 or 87 X83 where the average of the 2 numbers ends in 5 and they both have the same 10s place. 15^2 = 20 X 10 + 25 = 225 25^2 = 30 X 20 + 25 = 625 ..... 75^2 = 80 X 70 +25 = 5625 85^2 = 90 X 80 + 25 = 7225 88 x82 = Let A = 85 Then 88x 82 = (A-3)(A+3) = A^2-9 89 x 81 = 85^2 -16= 7225-16 = 7209 88 X 82 = 85^2 -9 = 7225 - 9 = 7216 87 X 83 = 85^2 -4 = 7225- 4 = 7221 86 X 84 = 85^2 -1 = 7225-1 = 7224
So interesting! Personally, I think of 75*75 as dividing it into 3/4 and multiplication with 100. Using quarters is how I approach any multiplication involving 25 or 75. So for example, 68*75 is 68/4=17, then 68-17=51 to get 3/4 of it, then 51*100=5100.

Not correct at all situation, if u do like him tricks lets try 15*17 = 255 (using calculator) = 235 if using that dumb trick
@@andykaandyka9897As he says in the video, the ending digits have to add up to 10 for the trick to work. For your example 5 + 7 = 12 ≠ 10, so the trick doesn't apply.
Now, you could generalize the trick by adding or subtracting 10 times the difference. For example, to calculate 17 × 15, the end digits add up to 2 more than 10, so add 20. 17 × 15 = 235 + 20 = 255.
still not correct for example 805*805 acc to the trick it should be 720025 but the answer is 648025
@@xyz-zm8ew you made a mistake somewhere
805*805
= (80*81)25
= 648025
@@xyz-zm8ew because as we all know the next number after 80 is 90

This video is pretty helpful for tackling common multiplication problems. Though at some bits I couldn't hear that well.
I really appreciate you snaps after tricks ...👍👍plz do every time 😂👍👍
This is awesome. I thought I was pretty good with metal math, but thought twice after seeing this clip. Thumbs up!

Wow this help me a lot. Im practicing it right now. I don't want to waste my time anymore every minute i want to acquire a new skill. Thanks more video of this.
this is fake, because:
take 88 x 88 as an example.
88
88
8x9 = 72
and 8x8 = 64
which makes it 7264.
88x88 is actually 7744
@@Naina-kq6jf That the last trick of numbers like 92×98 is not working for some other numbers . In the video I have clearly said that the ending digits should add to 10. like in 54×56 (6+4=10) , 92x98(8+2=10), it won't work for 57×56(7+6=13)
I'm amazed at how easy he explains this he should be a teacher if he's not already
Bro deserves more money than any math teacher he is a life saver i would pay to learn this but that fact that he put in on youtube for everyone to know and undsetand massive respect

Omg this video just blew my mind! Thanks a lot for sharing these tricks!
Thank you so much for these ! I found theses tricks really helpful and they are less time consuming ✨
Its nice to know your 2 digit squares ending in 5
ex: 85 ^2
Let A = 85
90x80 = (A+5)(A-5) = A^2 - 25 so u must add 25 to make A^2-25 to equal A^2 Follow that pattern and memorize these and u will be able to shortcut stuff like 88 X 82 or 87 X83 where the average of the 2 numbers ends in 5 and they both have the same 10s place.
15^2 = 20 X 10 + 25 = 225
25^2 = 30 X 20 + 25 = 625
.....
75^2 = 80 X 70 +25 = 5625
85^2 = 90 X 80 + 25 = 7225
88 x82 =
Let A = 85
Then 88x 82 = (A-3)(A+3) = A^2-9
89 x 81 = 85^2 -16= 7225-16 = 7209
88 X 82 = 85^2 -9 = 7225 - 9 = 7216
87 X 83 = 85^2 -4 = 7225- 4 = 7221
86 X 84 = 85^2 -1 = 7225-1 = 7224

Thank you bro. You made math very simple and easy to me. All the best in all your future endeavours.
😢😢😢😢😢😢 😅😅😅😊
So interesting! Personally, I think of 75*75 as dividing it into 3/4 and multiplication with 100. Using quarters is how I approach any multiplication involving 25 or 75. So for example, 68*75 is 68/4=17, then 68-17=51 to get 3/4 of it, then 51*100=5100.
Sum wat ?!?!😢😥
@@JadonCrafter45 you have to add one 5 + 1 = 6 so 5*6
