Even if you believe that Scott is guilty, you should want to see if there is more to this than you think you already knew.

I don’t think he’s innocent. Innocence Project might eat crow on this one

How are they going to explain his "fishing" trip in a little dinghy in the middle of the winter, then her body floats up on shore?

@@craigmorgan7053 They don't have to. 12 eye witnesses originally reported to police that they saw Laci walking her dog while Scott was already gone fishing, and they were not presented to the jury. Obviously, neither is likely. So then it becomes, which is less likely: 12 people are independently wrong, or a fisherman chose the nearest body of water to fish and a killer hid a corpse in the nearest body of water? I do think that balance of probability is that he did it, but the state didn't have a strong case.

I was born 5 miles from where he was "fishing". Nobody goes fishing in that area that time of year. It's laughable.@@dandrummond9154

@@dandrummond9154 the so-called witnesses claim to have seen Laci when we know that Peterson hadn't even left home yet.
And the SFB wasn't the nearest body of water.

If Scott is in fact is innocent, if only he would say, I am guilty, I am guilty for taking my wife for granted, for being unfaithful, for not being there to protect her. If me behind bars is Gods way of punishing me, I accept that. But what happened to my Laci, my son, our families, they did not deserve this. Nothing will bring them back. I have had much time to repent but more important than my own freedom or truth of what people think of me is that the people who did this are off the streets and punished to the fullest.

This is not a case that will be won. The circumstantial evidence, the actions of this man are inexplicable. The weight of it all is too much to overcome. The innocent project should work on people that are really innocent.

What about the bodies found where Scott went fishing many miles away? Coincidence? Hardly. The lady screams, so she's pulling a racket. Scott can only hooe Alvin Bragg shows up!

@@YoshiYoshedaI’m not suggesting that Scott Peterson should be set free, but I know he didn’t get a fair and impartial trail. Some one I went to graduate school was a juror on that trial. He told me that most of the jurors had their minds made up from the beginning.
