New DNA EVIDENCE that can exhorate him. All the evidence that was given before was all circumstantial. The media convicted him from day 1. And eveeyone eats it up for entertainment the justice system is no 100 always right.

He ran when the bodies were found. If he was innocent, he would have been at the bay demanding to know if it was Lacey and Connor.

That would make anyone think he was guilty, but new evidence could be added in a new trial that could squeeze him through the door of reasonable doubt as the jury has to go off what’s given to them in the the trial. And being “not guilty” isn’t the same as innocent.
It’s like George Zimmerman where the jurors even admitted jn their hearts and minds they thought he was guilty but the evidence in the trial squeezed him through that threshold of reasonable doubt so they had to find him “not guilty”
Most of the evidence against Scott Peterson is circumstantial like his weird behavior what nailed him was him saying he was fishing at the lake lacis body washed up at, makes me think he’s guilty but even that is circumstantial. The police murder theory made no sense either

Scott didn’t kill Laci to be with Amber. Scott just happened to having a fling with Amber at the time.

Actually it’s because he’s naturally older, and he actually looks really good. People always have this hardened stereotype of what you should look like while in prison or after some years being in. Truth is he’s eating a heck of a lot better than what he probably would’ve been, had he been on the streets working a job for all these years. Mix in exercise as it’s one of the only things you’ll be doing, hell Scott Peterson is probably gonna live longer than you or I.

Once a murderer, always a murderer. I remember EVERYTHING, all the evidence... but does everyone else? Im terrified that people dont remember or people that werent around back then, wont remember or realize how guilty this man is. Hes pure evil. For all the outstanding work all the detectives did in this case to see that he was held accountable, it would be tragic to lacis family and all the hard work of so many men and women, to see him snake his way out of this. Scott wasnt just found guilty, he was given the DEATH PENALTY and now they want to just let him out???!! Everything Janey Peterson has brought to the table ( absolutely nothing) has been debunked so what the hell is going on here??? There is no new evidence.
That's how Leslie Van Houton got paroled. Decades go by, people die, people forget how horrific these crimes were. So yes, Scott may one day be free because of those circumstances.

Lacy Peterson was a young pregnant woman that was murdered. I can’t imagine what she went through to be murdered and dumped in the bay. We need to remember her and make sure we don’t forget.

He told his girlfriend his wife was dead BEFORE she was actually dead. He went fishing on the same day she went missing on the same body of water they found her body months later. Then he attempted to run from the cops down to Mexico. If he's innocent he did an excellent job of pretending to be guilty as hell.
Still alll circumstancial the cops say he murdered her in the house and transported her in the truck, for a first time killer he’s good at cleaning his crime scene
I guess the cops had her body tested for drugs and even asked for a specific test for ghb a common date rape drug and only caffeine showed up. But i don’t think they tested for roofies which is dumb
That’s the only theory that’d make sense would be a roofie to the ddrink driven to the lake taken out in the boat and thrown into the water to drown hence no signs of a struggle in the house or injuries on Scott. And it’s plausible the cops could miss a little stray hair in his truck and I think they even found hair in the boat but that could be explained away like “oh she’s my wife of course she’s been on my boat”
@@logancraddick7507 I think there was evidence of blood at the house, it was cleaned by bleach so it couldn't be used in the trial to prove anything, but that would've made the police sure that she was killed at the house

If Laci was in the van and killed, why wasn’t her body left in the van? Why take the trouble to throw her in the bay and possibly be seen? And burglars don’t normally kill witnesses.
Good point. As Dan Abrams laughed and pointed out, the burglars had her body but waited and followed her husband to pin it on him. When he randomly went fishing they dropped her where he was 😆

I’m all for exonerating innocent people, but I don’t feel this guy is innocent. He had every motive to get rid of his wife and baby for a new mistress. He set up an alibi, had a boat, she was found in the baby (he just didn’t think she would wash ashore).His guilt seems too in your face to be anything else. This whole thing makes me sick. I don't know where I heard this but having to do with that orange van I remember a person in Lacys neighborhood being interviewed who said he saw a brunette very pregnant woman being escorted by a male out of the van relieving herself, then escorted back inside drive off. I believe he was saying this was told to police, he reported it and that is some of the evidence that was left out.
That wasn't an orange van and it wasn't left out. Tom Harshman wasn't called to testify bc like the rest of the so-called witnesses, his story wasn't credible.

He is guilty, he killed his wife and unborn son on Dec. 23rd evening and dumped her body at 3 am Dec. 24th at the Bay. She was not alive on Dec. 24th. The burned van and human blood will prove "not Laci's blood." An innocent project will not work out. He should take full responsibility to admit "Yes, that he did it".

I knew he was guilty when he told Amber he’d “lost his wife and this would be the first Christmas without her”. This was the beginning of Dec when Lacy & Connor were still very much alive. He had it all planned. 1st degree and it should have been 1st degree for his son too. I watched all the trial, he’s guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. And NO Ashley he didn’t look good, what a thing to say! He’s a murderer! My heart goes out to Sharon and Lacy’s whole family. God Bless them. ❤
