Proofing yeast alone takes at least five minutes. The person who posted the video was almost certainly referring to the few minutes required to measure ingredients, mix them together, and shape the loaves. 😉 Some folks take five minutes just to separate the egg! 😂

When I tried baking this bread at first, I was surprised it was more delicious than I imagined. I want to bake all the bread in your recipe. Thank you very much for the easy-to-understand video.

Yes, I agree with you. 👍 I am going to try this bread recipe too. And, same as you, I was also thinking of garlic butter instead of egg yolk. I will however wait to "paint" the garlic butter on the loaves when they've come out of the oven.

Przepis jest ok, z tym że to nic nadzwyczajnego, drożdżowe ciasto bez cukru. Niestety w moim pojęciu to nie jest chleb tylko bułka, a co do oliwy z oliwek to mam duże wątpliwości - ta prawdziwa nie jest taka jasna, ma lekko zielony lub złotozielony kolor. Zresztą do takiego wypieku wystarczy zwykły olej, to żaden wstyd. I gwarantuję że bułka wychodzi tak samo smaczna.

焼き上がりは周りサクッと中はふわふわで、オリーブオイルと塩で、バゲットみたいにつけて食べました😊

Eggs stirred with milk gives the breads a nice and tasty brown colour at the oven.
Is there an English version of this recipe? Thanks
