Cost and possession?
I had seen this project last year in Feb'23. I was told possession will be given in May'23. It has been a year and still no possession. Unless the OC is received and people practically residing there this can't be called as a ready to move in property.
Also mam you need to do a small correction. Instead of saying "lightning" which is part of thunder and lightning you can say lights. Keep it simple. Pls don't mind 🙏
