Thank you for your feedback Viswaroop ji. Although I have to disagree, the 2nd bathroom is attached to a shaft with very strong exhaust fans that ensures there’s ventilation in the house. Thirdly, there’s a lot of gap between the WC and the dresser. In person, you will be able to tell better. Cheers.

The second room in order to have ventilation would have to keep its bathroom door open all the time... it would have been better if if the shaft was also connected to the second bedroom... I rest my case.
Each person to his own. I believe that the best layouts have drawing & dining the moment you enter the house because that look is much more grand and the house looks way more spacious.
