    Now that's a muscle building meal at it finest! On occasion I've done the butter nut squash and it's fabulous! I think this is the first time I've seen this guy and I love his humbleness! Let's take this meal lesson and eat! Thanks M.S. these videos get better and better every damn time!👊

    I like the gravy substitute of squash. I tend to make thick soups like asparagus, squash, or pea soups, and they come out to that consistency. I freeze them into serving sizes and use them as a gravy for the rice and meats.

    Put stew meat in a pressure cooker and you’re done quick. Can throw your vegetables and potatoes in it as well.

    nice to seen something real, i feel like when some of these body builders do their version of a "what i eat in a day" it's just a promo for whatever meal service they are sponsored by like anyone can actually afford that and eat only those meals 5 times a day

    Squash puree and canned pumpkin are slept on secret weapons. Tons of volume and fiber for basically no calories. I throw them in wherever I can, lately it's been chili and curry.

    I never sleep on birds eye and steamable bags. If meal prep isn't your thing steam bags really help the process because I hate to cook.

      Peter I just got to remind you that you know absolutely nothing about what I ingest or putting my body. I do what works for me. I tried showing you the fastest most efficient way to prep a meal that can help pack on lean muscle. I didn't know that I was going to bring out the preservative police. And I doubt everything you eat is preservative-free.

    I just bought the Birdseye Southland butternut squash, and the nutrition label says there 0 dietary fiber.

      In about 4 oz of butternut squash, you'll find 2.3 g. Of dietary fiber.

      Sure! Just be cautious of how much you are using . Avocados are calorically dense which may be something to keep an eye on depending on your goals!

      While it might not be the most cost-effective approach it is indeed the way that I do my thing. In today's climate the numbers are going to add up no matter where you shop. If you're trying to put on size you're going to have to put out cash. 😁

      For real. get yourself a rice cooker and throw some basmati rice in there. I make enough for 4-5 days and just reheat it on my own when I’m sautéing my chicken and veggies.

    Brah - hints and tips on eating are everywhere. What I need is tips on defecating. I eat 8 meals a day and either have major blockage and end up splitting my cheeks after dumping a 2 week old mega-log. Or, I am pissing rusty water out of a burning ring. Please give tips on dealing with eating big and defecating. Peace.

      i actually experienced something horrifying like this when i would take my last meal at 2pm and my body got confused on why i was empty for so long. i think adding oatmeal and yogurt helped me get things moving constantly because there is enough bulk to keep things moving
