Saving this for later.
1. Wash chicken in strainer w/cold water
2. Cut into strips and put into bowl
3. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Paprika, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Frank's Red Hot
4. Mix it all together
5. Put into airfryer tray and spread out as best you can
6. 400F for 25 mins

I like how real you are. No BS, just the truth about how difficult it really is to be in really good shape all the time. Averagely fit people can cruise at around 12% body fat pretty easily with decent muscle tone and bulk but to look like you, it takes a whole new level of commitment. Good job!

Mr. Abiad, From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being the motivation I use everyday. I love watching your cooking videos. I am a 50 year old man that started lifting again about 3 months ago, I had a kidney transplant about 5 years ago and with all the meds that I take they made me a diabetic. Anyways, I decided to eat a lot of your recipes and my glucose has been under control now for a little over a month. God Bless you sir and keep kicking ass. Peace.
Joe Martinez try a plant based diet for about a month or so without cheating, and see how you feel. Some people have reversed their diabetes in this manner. Also look in to vitamin d3 + k2
I find buying a step up in quality makes it better. If you have it in your budget, don’t buy the cheapest meats. I notice they just taste better.
Wow! This is the BEST CHICKEN EVER! I used a regular oven on 350 for about 30-35 mins, it's so tender but delicious nd easy to make. Thanks for another awesome vid Fouad. Been watching your vids always great keep up the good work

Olive oil is good fats dummies.
Don’t wash your chicken it spreads germs by the splashing of water. Instead pat it dry with paper towels season it and let it rest for a few hours in the fridge after seasoning.

Excellent points. I found that I just cannot keep eating right consistently if I don't have stuff prepped. I hate looking around the kitchen after a busy day and can't find anything or don't have a meal plan. An hour or two spent on a Sunday afternoon is an excellent investment of time. And I love your point about taking a little extra time to make your food taste better. It only takes a few extra minutes to make a big difference.

I seriously think washing your meat especially chicken is horrible for you. But what do I know I like my chicken with the chicken slime on it.
Love the recipe. I usually make it with mild curry, garlic, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or Worcestershire sauce, little bit of olive/avocado oil, pink salt and black pepper. Totally agree, when it comes to food just make the investment.
Jealous your Costco sells the chicken packaged that way. Ours here makes a massive mess,

The biggest problem with chicken is how dry it gets. A slow cooker is by far the BEST method for cooking moist chicken that you can easily throw down. The problem there is how long it takes. I’m gonna have to grab an air fryer and try it out.
But for everyone out there. Use a slow cooker for the chicken and a rice cooker for nice sticky rice. You just set them both and forget it. And when it’s done it is the best chicken and rice possible.

Let me guess. You’ve heard it spewed out about how it can splash bacteria around. Anybody who doesn’t disinfect everything with bleach after they cook chicken shouldn’t be cooking with chicken.
Chicken is a dirty bird🤧at least here in USA, however instead of just water you should use a light vinegar bath👍 Always clean chicken

Is the olive oil completely necessary or can I go without it? Does it benefit anything regarding taste....or help with the chicken consistency? Trying to keep my cals as low as possible as I am cutting, so I’m curious if I absolutely need it in the recipe 100 percent or not. Please get back to me, thank you bro! The reason for asking is because, the part when you are talking about the olive oil in the video is muted... so I’m not sure what you are saying about it, and it’s benefits.
Bro... I tried that recipe just now - with my own seasonings, but still with the lemon juice and olive oil - and OMG. Came out great. My new favorite go to chicken meal.

How I make mine chicken:
400g of chicken breast filet
One onion
Garlic
Coconut milk
Peanuts
Tambal oelek
Curry powder
Salt
Peppar
Vegeta Mix (Balkan)
Olive Oil
Cut the onion into tiny pieces.
Steak it with the garlic (two small garlic "pieces")
Let it stir for around 4 to 5 minutes
Add one and a half spoon of curry powder. Let it stir for a minute.
Add the coconut milk.
Let it low cook til it gets thick
Add one spoon of Tambal oelek
Let it low cook for some time. Taste time by time.
Add the peanuts (4 DL) mix the peanuts in a mixer into tiny pieces before puttning them in.
Mix basilica, salt, peppar and Vegeta mix with The chicken breast.
Steak it on high temperature til it get color
Lower the temperature
Put it together with The peanut sauce.
Cook jasmine Rice in a Rice cooker.
Mix it all.
Make some sallad, lettuce, cucumber, sunflower core, vinegar and radishes, corn etc. 💯💯

For the people who can't afford to use/buy something other than an oven..... put a separate pan of water below the tray of meat and it will help retain its moisture! And for those who aren't affraid off the fat you can use what drips into the water to make a stalk for soups or add it to a pot with some starch and make a gravy!

It would. He said It would taste a bit dry next day.. but I dont have an issue eating when I do it that way. Then again I havent tried the air fryer method. So give it a shot an experiment.

I needed this man, I'm struggling with chicken breast and am resorting to chicken thigh.

You could get a cast iron grill pan also. I find it a little hard to get it cooked all the way through, but that just takes a little practice. The pan makes awesome grill marks and clean up really is not that bad. And if you go with a Lodge its only about $30.
I find it hard to stickwith chicken breasts. It taste like watered down meat. I had better luck with cod honest3. But not4 beats a nice sirloin steak. Your best to not limit yourselves to one type of protein source. Thigh meat is good at times because it does contain more vitamins like red meat but it also contains more cholesterol.
You gotta learn to make sauces for chicken breast. They're too lean, no fat means no flavor. I make my own honey mustard, barbeque, and pesto sauces. It's really easy to do and let's you customize to fit your own preferences and macros.

Very interesting use of the air fryer. Thank you. I recommend that you brine the chicken strips for 1 day in salt, pete's hot sauce, and brown sugar. You will find that the chicken coming out of the air fryer is moister and more flavorful.
