only 200 are left in 1500 flats .they are being sold at a fast pace due to its location and many projects in that region like kokapet,narsingi have even greater price tags

@@venchingfuI stay in F block so hardly you can hear anything, same with the other blocks like K,J,G,D,E. lower floor flats May get noise pollution but not that much

1.The construction in some form is not that good cuz we faced a lot of water seepage during rainy season in the walls .
2. Maintaince is high like Rs.3.40/sft
3.many a times your sink gets clogged and below or above flats pipes needs to be fixed for the same but approval is a mandate from the society which sometimes takes time.
4. There’s this ceiling made in every flat by the builder so many people saw their ceiling being collapsed and thankfully no casualty was reported. However the construction needs to be blamed somehow as I mentioned in the first point.
