I don't think IT companies may not look for huge work spaces as most IT companies are planning to move towards 2 tier cities like coimbatore, Mysore, bhubaneshwar etc.. as WFH enabled WF anywhere .

This city has always been lacking in public transport. TSRTS/MMTS/Metro are in a disarray right now, with no interest to strengthen them in the forseeable future. It will be a disaster in the coming years.

Hi Raghav - My 2 cents: I think taking a middle path might help. If you are in need of money , May be you can sell just one acre if you get your price and hold onto the other one acre . if you didn’t have any need for money - as it’s near ORR . It will always have demand but May come at a slow pace once the 111 GO is lifted
