I have enquired one flat near by LB Nagar are 1 month back the same flat not sold out till last month but price has increased 5lakhs within 1 month. GADDAMUKKU Govt is utterly failed especially in real-estate and private school fees. All realtors syndicated and increased the sqft rate to 6 to 8 k. Moreover realtors saying that almost all flats sold out only 3 to 4 flats are left. This kind of Jimmiks are playing by realtors.
