I have some views: The inherent problem of vicious cycle of poverty is also in the Reservation System, which once got, tends to get attached the development of the same family or group inside the broad SC/ST horizon, and creates Classes inside the Castes and Tribes in which the higher Class oppresses the Lower Class due to the fact that that,"Familiarity breeds Contempt." The Solution seems and economic barrier to the reservation policy, which when once overcome by one group will leave space for the other group and by this continuous cycle, whole of the groups can get chance to rise up in economic front which will empower them socially. This way, Caste System and Untouchability can be eradicated faster.
