  • We throw on our first NEW PARTS on our TE72/ KE70 build. That's right, we are finally turning the corner to putting parts ON the car and not taking the off.
First of all, we'd like to thank BC Racing North America, Nitto Tire USA, Fast Brakes .com and of course Wilwood Brakes for this episode.
We take some key elements that make an AE86 handle so well and put them on our TE72 build. The big brakes, the hubs, the coilovers, and the tie rods are all made for an AE86 application and they bolt right up to a TE72. The only thing that was a little different was that we are using 1974 Toyota Celica lower control arms in the front to give us extra camber and a little more width to our front end. After all this get's dialed in the car should handle AAMAZING!
We still have stickers available so make sure you snag some up before it's too late!
    Thanks for watching. #ae86 #te72 #ke70

Awesome video! I just picked up a KE70 and got the BC coilover kit as well and after watching your video I've decided to run the celica lower control arms as well. How well are they working handling wise on your car since the install? And since I can't afford the wildwood brake set I was wondering if you know of any good places to get oem or oe ae86 hubs and brakes. Thanks!

Hell yes. You can actually still get brand new ae86 hubs from a dealership in the states. That’s where I got mine. Other than that you can find used ones on the. Ae86 Facebook groups pretty easily

Are ya planning on putting an adjustable panhard bar? My ke70s' rearaxle went quite a lot to the side when I lowered it. Went with a whiteline panhard bar, but it has to come off every time to adjust it which sucks. Trying to find one that can be adjusted on the fly (and pass the inspections) is hard here in Europe haha ^^

Great question, We are leaning towards the part shop max one. I think the quality is where we need it to be and it's really good looking too!

We have yet to actually see those in person for TE72's / KE's. You can find the glass pretty easily but the covers are really hard to find.
