When you revealed the fully tiled bathroom I actually yelled “OH MY GOD” at the tv! STUNNING! Pumped now, we’re ripping out our bathroom a week from Monday and now I’m thinking about titling the entire room. NAILED IT as usual. 🙌🏼
The old en-suite alway looked funny as the tiles only went 2/3 of the way up. And our ceilings are so high. So if you can do it. Do it. (Or pay someone to do it, tiling is a mission...)

@@Huntingforgeorge yesss our shower currently is one of those kit showers and it does not go to the ceiling and drives me nuts! Excited now! I’m sure it wasn’t easy laying each and everyone of those tiles by hand!
One of the only trades we got was a tiler... Took them 5 days but totally worth paying for. Would have taken us weeks. And probably would have had a few wonky ones...

I was expecting you to take the grey tile up the nib wall and was surprised to see the white all the way... BUT it looks beautiful - I’m obsessed with those champagne fixtures 😍🥂
That was our first thought. But it was going to be too heavy as the floor tiles are so big and the wall ones are so small. Think it’s just cleaner like this. ⚡️

The whole Bedroom renovation makes so much sense now. It not only looks modern and minimalist but also practical and custom all at the same time. I think that reducing your Bedside space and converting it into a wardrobe, though might be non-conventional but as I said it makes so much sense. We already love your taste in interior decor, so it was not a surprise that you made it look so cool. Best wishes!

To add to your lovely folded toilet roll , if you turn the vanity tap on and off and press the folded tip of the roll under the tap for a stamp to stick it down😘

I love how your en-suite turned out! Have you thought of turning your tissue roller to mount “vertically” on your vanity? (Vs. horizontal) It would then align with the same vertical sight lines of the faucet... plus the bonus, paper roll stays on way better! Smiles, K

Well laid out! If you made the nib wall a niche, you could have snuck an LED strip in the top unseen part of the niche (lot more effort for a small detail). LED strip under the vanity too possible. I recently saw an electrician install an automatic movement sensor with lights in these positions so you don't even need to turn the light on at night when you enter the bathroom.
My dad just said the same thing about the led under the vanity. Maybe on the next one we will do this. Plenty of light in this room but would be nice at night with a sensor. ⚡️

Its beautiful but I'm disappointed there aren't double sinks. With that much space around the bowl plus room to the right for that huge basket... wasted opportunity.
Not sure we really need it. Just more to clean. Extra bench space was higher up on the priority. ⚡️
@@ccccallum most things in that bathroom are want vs need.. Tile to the ceiling... want. Floating vanity... want. Product niche... want. But the cost for the plumbing for that 2nd vanity would actually increase property value. ROI is a big driving force of many home renovations.

It’s 3.2m ceiling heights in this home. We dropped this one about 100mm. Still very high.
