The intergalactic x ghostbusters mix got the sub… now question… I haven’t skied in 20 years how easy will it be for me to get on ski boards and have fun?
That is an epic mashup lol. It's usually an easy time to start having fun on skiboards but you should check out our facebook page, The Skiboard Connection, for a ton of information and people to ride with.
Skis are like the biggest lie ever. It's survivor bias in action here where voices of the most fit the strongest athletes overpower the sane voice of majority. I can see why you'd need skis if you are after breaking speed records or going after the most challenging steep icy double diamond slopes or doing those crazy redbull runs. But if you aren't doing any of that and you're just looking to have fun riding down the slopes and have limited time in a year to spend in mountains why the heck would you go for something that is more difficult to carry, and more difficult to get up from when you fall, and just more difficult to master when you can get all this easier? Let's be real here - how many of us actually have enough time and money on our hands to spend in skiing resorts to get really good on skis and how many of us are just average holiday skiiers? IMHO the fact that everybody's pushing full size skis is huge missed opportunity for the whole skiing industry as I know quite some people who tried skiing once and don't wanna do it again as whole experience can be just one really big expensive frustration.
This could quite possibly be the best music edit to a skiboarding video ever
When people ask if I can go fast on skiboards, I just show them my ski tracker app. Get's the point across pretty quickly haha
Killer edit by the way!
What skiboards were you guys using?

Awesome video, looks mega fun! What skiboards you guys using? And any recommendations/ones to avoid?
We use RVL8 and Spruce skiboards mostly. Checkout The Skiboard Connection on Facebook if you want to ask more questions to a great community!
