    That sure went a lot easier than what I thought it would but it was the first time I ever saw one taken off. Thanks for sharing.

    Nice tractor you got Mr. Monty. We had a 784 with that same loader.. 584 be a handy tractor on the farm. Take care Monty

      Thanks Gordon. A 784 would make a nice tractor around the farm too. I'm hoping my 584 makes a good tedding, hay raking and hauling hay tractor. I getting pretty anxious to use it around the farm.

    That is a neat design the way the loader supports itself. I hope you were able to get the tractor fixed to plow snow ;)

      Yes, I like that too. No I don't have the clutch replaced yet. It's all apart. I need to have the flywheel turn and then I can put it back together. Here at my house in town I use my cub cadet riding mower or my farmall A to plow snow. I have a cub cadet walk behind snow blower to. I find the farm tractors a little big and cumbersome in small driveways.

    The dairy farm had a 674 & 464 (diesels) both with the 2250 loaders on them. Brings back memories.

    I didn't know they made a Hydro 584. I grew on on a Hydro 656 and a newer Hydro 100 and they were great i n chopping corn silage and rolling hay as there was no clutch work at all. Great tractors in my opinion and I sure miss my International dealer.

      I might have miss spoke. I meant to say hydro 84. IH made an hydro 84 the same size as my 584. The 584 was never a hydro. My uncle had an hydro 84, hydro 656 and a hydro 1026 on his farm. The 84 was the loader tractor, the 656 was the corn pucking and hay baling tractor, and the 1026 got used for most everything. My closest Ih dealer is an hour away. It's a pain, but I can't bring myself to get green tractors. My grandfather farmed with ford tractors. But parts are getting harder to find for them, so I went with my second favorite tractor brand when I had the opportunity to get back into farming. We have a John Deere dealer here close to the farm and a Ford/New Holland 10 minutes from the farm. If you are a BTO the JD dealer will help you. The New Holland dealer is terrible to deal with. I have had good luck with both of the CaseIH dealers that are closest to me. Sorry for the long reply. Have a good week Tony.

    Man I would kill for that tractor and loader ! That dismount of the loader was amazing, no idea it would go that quick! How often do you take it off and on? I do have one of those older B414 international goldie's, it has been one of the most useful tractors we ever had. Matter of fact the only real work tractor for 25 years. Never given a min trouble. Thank you for bringing us along, look fwd to the clutch install!

      I just got that tractor back in November. I only have put 3 hours on it so far. I know it needed a clutch when I bought it. This is the first time I have taken the loader off. The B414 are good tractors. Thanks for watching and commenting.

      Just keep looking. That's what I did. I drove 3 and a half hours to look at a tractor when I was looking. I found this one an hour away. I looked in the paper and there it was.

    Thats a 2250 not a 2255 they use a kick stand and are a pain to take on and off the 2250 was the best loader they made

    • @VintageFarm1086
      @VintageFarm1086  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's a just a typo. It clearly shows 2250 on the side of the loader.
