there's actually a science reason that it gets "Off". Saw a clip of it being discussed with Neil Degrasse Tyson, somethin about "24 hours is the "Average" day length/time " or somethin, and every few weeks or months they add in an extra minute to compensate the actual time, kinda like a leap year having one extra day.

If u r over 18 or 21 in the backseat u dont have to wear one (least in NY). But i hear they are changing those laws for safety purposes which is cool too

What a fun and entertaining channel...Have no idea why it came up as I am way too old and have never used a rideshare.
Got that same speech from my head football coach, and I totally had the same reaction like, "... oh no, really?" Hahaha, what a sad "lesson" to teach young men who could totally find better things to do than slam themselves into others.
Bad people can't speak truth. They can't even be in the same room with it. It makes them angry and they get exposed and embarrassed by it every day. That must be a difficult life.
