CarX Street runs on Unreal Engine, Unreal Engine 4 more specifically.
@@joelmartins7794 All CarX games run on Unity. If Street would work on UE4 then there would be very good optimization, as the toolkit allows you to do it
@@sasakura78 That is incorrect, CarX does in fact run on Unreal Engine 4. Im not speaking out of my butt here, I've done the research, you can too. es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/CarX_Street Sorry for being in spanish. Anyway the lack of optimization right now (specially on Android devices) lies on the fact that CarX is a small studio with limited staff and resources and stuff takes time, again,specially on android and considering that there other more successful and well established games are top priority on their list like Carx Drif Racing, and CarX Street is smaller priority project they are active working on. Though not a big studio CarX is talented and indeed able to make amazing games such as CarX Drift Racing and the likes, but only GIVEN the necessary time, which peope are oblivious or ignorant to it despite the studio keep telling people that. The game is still IN OPEN BETA for all intents and purposes and will only get better from lauch day onwards.
@@joelmartins7794 Don't talk nonsense, all their projects are on Unity, even DR3 will be on this engine. They even have XLab courses where they teach new employees how to work with the Unity engine and just courses related to it

nah bro it's not only about a particular game, it's about all their games from street to even carx drift racing 3 which shouldve been made in unity... and they can't even make their game smooth in the current state you think things will go right if they shift💀. The problem is the devs must be used to unity and other plugins and model making for it maybe only know the lang. c# and UE requires c++ or blueprints....

@@MEUTANT Not necessarily, only mid to budget last gen devices. Its a huge scale nex gen game intended for mid to high end devices so it makes sense.

Carx street runs on Unreal engine 5. It's the other CarX technology games such as carx highway racing and carx drift racing 1 and 2 all run on unity. Carx street is in the clear on this one.

Why is this game so hard to grind bruh I got op cars on carx drift and it’s costing me a fortune just to make my first drift car😕 I recently just got the m45 but I dont rlly got enough to make the full kit☹️ so only have that solar from the event which is actually insane I love it but dang bro..
You’re completely over looking the easiest answer. Monetize more in game stuff. Get us to spend more to cover the cost. Alone I’ve spent 40 dollars easily. My friend I play with has spent around 100. So we alone pay for like 10 people to play. So the reality is the whole f2p games are the problem. It costs money to create games. So if you really enjoy a game spend when you can to support it. I see no issue they’re growing like most successful companies do. So they will grow with it and spending may become a bigger part of the game.

I did a google search just to check, and CarX Street does indeed run on Unreal Engine 4. Its the only game they make in fact that doesn’t run on Unity.

@@mertblu9914 Yeah, its their "nex gen" title, they needed a more "capable" game engine for what they are trying to do with CarX Street, not that Unity is "weak" by any means, much on the contrary, but for the specific purpose they intended for the game along with the huge scale of the game and the fact both mobile and PC versions will have to run on the same engine it makes more sense to go for Unreal Engine.

Lol i thought you were gonna mention how a lot of the game has just gone bonkers cause of the unity runtime fee policy. The absurd gold price increase, silver vehicles to gold, insane wait times, the base 10k sell price for vehicles and many more people are complaining about including me that are experiencing with the latest update.

3. Carx Technologia является владельцем физического движка ( не путать с движком Unity).
4. Надеюсь,что на рынке появится достойная команда ,которая составит здоровую конкуренцию команде Carx Technologis , ибо они слишком жадные, хороший пример моим словам Carx Drift racing 2.
Вывод: надеюсь на новые проекты,достойные и конкурентоспособные .

Откуда ты взял что они являются владельцем физического движка, если они его потребители а не владельцы. Инфа про сгорание телефонов вообще с неба. Про жадность вообще субъективщина, в др2 вполне можно ф2п играть, никто не заставляет. Да и сама компания Юнити берет налоги за использование движка, от этого и так называемая "жадность"

Honestly, CarX Technologies is better off using Unreal Engine 5. As you can see, Unity has gone down the gutter and Unreal Engine 5 would be far superior in terms of graphics, visuals and physics.
