the player count on steam has been going down a lot and i feel like the bots are being placed in lobbies to cover the lack of people doing unranked games. I have had it to where i had 4 teams, including my own, and the rest were bots. I do hope the player count rises back up to above 3K people and up to more around 10K or more... the game is fun and doesn't deserve to die this early

In my experience, Aizawa's Gamma should be first priority because it can BURN through some good Health Bars. It's fun to screw about with the Alpha but you NEED that sweet damage with the Gamma if you actually want to win.

A good combo I found works now is starting with his B, following up with his A to pull them back in, and finishing with his Y
The damage that's 130ish is wrap+direct kick+ AOE (landing) thats why it's so inconsistent sometimes you're getting just 1 or 2 of the 3 parts that the move offers
I've been playing quite a bit of Aizawa ever since S2 and i gotta say, he feels ALOT BETTER, there's still quite a few bugs with the wrap that can still stop working on doesnt pull em in but its better than it not working at all on 90% of games, now its only 50% of games
Just to reiterate as someone said earlier, there are TWO damaging instances to midair Alpha.
When you land the alpha while airborne you launch towards them with a flying kick. This part of the move is the most damaging hitting for 100+.
The second possible instance of damage is the small stomp Aizawa creates when coming in contact with the ground before bouncing into the air and averages 30ish damage iirc.
It’s very possible to miss one part and hit the other. Mostly due to the angle and trajectory of the move, AND how it interacts with the landscape.
I’ve been playing him a bunch since patch and he’s so much better. His B is still ass and I have had his A break once but he’s been a blast otherwise. I just wish he didn’t lose so hard against certain characters, like Shoto is a legitimate nightmare to fight against lol.
Stray always manages to be a pro with every character. I inspire to be like him when I get better at the game
1:50 focusing Ibarra was clearly the play here and it seems like she lost only because Momo stole her cards

I just figured out if your a toga and you get an ochakos blood then activate ochakos special action then detransform you still keep the float until it runs out

When you hit people with your alpha if you hit them with your leg they take 100 damage and 40 damage from the explosion you do on the ground but if you didn't hit the leg one you will do 40 only from explosion,ok?

Indeed aiming is important. Unfortunately, this game doesn’t support aim assist for controller (on PC) yet. Which is what I use. It’s led me to focus on melee-type characters.
Maybe when/if it’s implemented, I’ll give Aizawa a try, looks like a ton of fun. Big love for Kirishima❤
Man I used 200 tickets, got a plus ultra and unlocked endeavor. Smh I really wanted aizawa. He’s in a good state. I played against one yesterday and he did me so dirty lol. He ate good in the patch.

The reasons you were only doing 30-38 damage is because you didn’t hit them direct that was splash damage

how do you tell if there are bot teams?
If you press ESC you can see the names of the players you are facing, if they just have the names of the characters those are bots

i main him but never really see a use for it since it does little damage i went like 10 games in a row without touching it once.
