I actually didn't even know you could use the gamma without travelling along the ice. Very good to know.
Yeah it’s often better to use it without moving. In a tunnel or something it’s a guaranteed hit, and it does like 50x3 damage at lvl 9, plus the damage of 2-3 shots of your alpha. That’s like 300 easy damage just from hitting one ability.
@@samblanton9010If you don't mind me asking, how do you send it out without riding it? I'm on Xbox and saw a Todo do it but haven't figured it out yet.
@@eeveewonder6277 yeah it’s a bit difficult to figure out if you don’t know how. You gotta press the button for the ability (idk what it is on Xbox) without moving. Even if you start moving after the ability started, you might start sliding, so be sure to basically not touch the movement stick until the ability has been cast.
You can still aim it of course, just be sure not to move in any direction.

Very true even if you were to say that it felt repetitive you bring so much good energy to every video and something different happens every time because you're just so good at the games you play it's like why even play something else I could still watch you even if you were doing the exact same thing but saying something differen

You could try challenge videos for additional content perhaps? Maybe try winning without leveling any skills or something like that? Just an idea. Maybe you could get your team to leave and see how well you could do solo? Would be an extreme challenge.
The only buffs he can get are from the opposing class cards temporary buffs mabye lol

I always level the gamma to 9 first, then the alpha. Getting more mobility and an easier to hit gamma ability is really important. Leveling the gamma makes the ice riding longer and the wave goes further when you don’t ride it. It also gets wider and does more damage, which makes it easier to hit and do a crap ton of damage.
Most of my damage in matches will usually come from hitting the standing gamma plus 2-3 alpha shots after. I use beta to down weak enemies, usually after hitting them with the beta combo, since that does about 400 damage at max lvl and range. 50x3 damage from the gamma, then about 80x3 damage from alpha shots while they’re frozen. You can get 3 iirc when you freeze them from max range since you have time to recover from the animation while the ice wave travels.

I prefer to max out the gamma first - its such a versatile move. You can use it to combo into your alpha if you freeze someone with it, and its your main source of mobility. After gamma comes alpha, then beta.
That Bakugo getting greedy and revving his team on top of a building threw the game- either way you also played VERY good and got quite lucky a few times. That's something you never want to be the 3 on lmao

that movement/projectile ice skill is deceptive cause the damage output seems minimal until you realize it also immobilizes the target while also hitting hard af

Challenge idea : only use 1 move the whole game! I'd also suggest keeping your skills at lvl1 but that would be too detrimental to your team
Late "night streams with stray" would be nice that's (especially since thats pretty much the only time i can watch)
Or vids with your friends like grinding ranked or challenge videos
Otherwise i just love the go in an play content "if it ain't broke dont fix it"

Nice 1v3 bro I hope I was good like u in the game. I did a 1v3 I will say it was luck I got in zone and auto revived and doubled knocked down with deku outside zone and came back to finish a ibara blindly and I was looking for a froopy but I realised she died to zone and I double kicked them out of zone.

Todoroki just needs a few small tweaks to make him less oppressive.
Reduce his range on his Alpha period. The range in this game needs toning down in general. Not just him. Mt lady and Denki should be the limit to range outside of grapple style characters who need the range for functionality. They can't deal massive damage with theirs either way. Maybe Deku and bakugo can keep some range as well, but NOT the kind they have now.
Take away the outlandish damage dealt by his beta. The ability is supposed to be a defensive measure. NOT A NUKE. he already has a form of ice attack. It is absolutely dumb his defensive ability deals so much damage and can BE SHOT THROUGH... No where in the anime was this toolbasket able to just shoot his fire through his own ice. IF it's a DEFENSIVE skill, make it one.
NOT BOTH.
The freeze mechanic... This is a frustrating mechanic just like Denki's paralyze. It opens up people with very little effort it feels like, especially with todorokis range on his ice ability compared to denkis. It's really horrible feeling to be full hp, get drove by with a todoroki ice wall randonly and just die or effectively lose all of your shield and most of your HP before you can even break out. I feel the 2 abilities stun time is... a little long for how much damage can be put out in this game. Could use some tweaks.
His special is incredibly lackluster. Honestly feels wasted as an ability. Can't even be used while in the air. It's so odd you need to be grounded to use it as it is and it deals so little damage it feels mostly pointless.
Make some or all of these changes and see how it goes. he definitely still has an inflated kit. If he had ANY real vertical power, he would be insufferable. Thankfully he has that ONE weakness...
