Happy bday and congrats on finally getting the boy man, if you want any tips here are some tips from a day 1 aizawa main
*upgrade your alpha first up to lvl 9 (it's your most importent move), your beta most of the time up to lvl 4 to lower the cd since the move is amazing for mobility and getting into the air (you'll mostly be fighting in the air with him) and gamma last
*your ideal way of fighting is either in a 1v1 (unless your enemy is using twice) or a team fight where you quirk erase the enemy your team mates are fighting while they're using a move so they insta go into recovery and your team mates can easliy punish them like that/in a 1v1 you want to quirk erase when you see or expact whoever you're fighting to go into a move so they dont get it off or go into recovery so you can punish with your alpha or if you're close your gamma
*you want to be in the air most of the time (using your beta but also your alpha to keep yourself in the air) to stay safe and move around nonestop so the enemy will have a hard time hitting you
*try to never go on cd on your alpha
*i'll say this again just to make it clear how importent this is, you want to make sure ypu use your quirk erase for around 1-2s as you can only activate it at 100% and it's one of your best tools
