    You must’ve gotten a lemon of a regulator.
    The regulator is a little more prone to jamming, but besides that, most of the things that you mentioned weren’t a problem on mine (mags going in weirdly, delay when you pull the trigger, etc.)

    • @coolbean259

      The delay on the trigger pull in normal. Electronics are doing the work in injecting the dart to the flywheels. Stryfe uses springs and plastic. Without the delay it’s impossible to go full auto.

      The delay isn’t so big that your opponent can dodge the dart.
      I don’t have a specific time for the delay but I can tell you it is very short.
      Stryfe isn’t better than the regulator the regulator is for those people who want to feel like a operator with the three round burst.
      The whole selling point if the regulator is the select fire and it is the only nerf gun with select fire.
      I thing stryfe and regulator are both equally good regulator is a good blaster and stuff blah blah blah regulator rant.

    Fire an unmodified stryfe as fast as a regulator’s full auto and see how powerful it becomes. You’ll be lucky to break 15 feet. While yes, the regulator does lose some range in full auto, it’s not nearly as bad as pushing a stryfe to that rate of fire.

  • @ducklirik

    How is having select fire a downside it has an extra feature so that should be a pro, and if you don’t want to use it just keep it in semi auto fire and it’s just like the stryfe

    • @something2b445
      @something2b445 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can do full auto with stryfe too. The poblem with select fire is that the trigger is elecritcal. That makes so that the dart fires a little after you shoot. That doesn’t happen with the stryfe, because it is mechanically controlled.

    I'm just getting into Nerf blasters recently and was hoping to learn some valid points made here but instead got some false info that even i detected right away (6c batteries??). Granted these are opinions but just not good ones. Having own both of these blasters (as they were my first flywheels) I clearly disagree with every points made - except for the last point on how customizable the Stryfe is which is the main reason I even got a couple Stryfes to work on. But if we're talking stock setup, its definitely hands down Regulator.

    • @huokuziinc.4333
      @huokuziinc.4333 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      With full auto you're gonna blow your whole load. Also finger banging is faster than stock full auto and if you're going to mod the regulator is not good since it is not a commonly modded blaster. It will be difficult to upgrade the pushing mechanism due to the conveyor belt system and to upgrade the motors. Even if you mod yours you are still going to risk frying the circuit board About select fire there are kits from China and other places you can buy to make a Stryfe select fire. The base blaster also has a very quirky layout and ergonomics, and there's a reason the Stryfe has remained a fan favorite while the Regulator will never be. Too long didn't read? You're going to get wrecked by any modded blaster if you run a Regulator.

    • @robozxd2857
      @robozxd2857 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Look, semi auto will be beaten by full auto, however semi auto is normally better, if you are against a stryfe the ability to suddenly go from semi, reload then full auto makes the regulator better, there are also people who don't mod at all, making mod arguments useless, and the biggest reason bread gives for the stryfe being better is price, now these days modulus stryfe a are usually half the price of a regulator, but then the regulator has cool attachments and the packs are usually £20, £10 off the price of a modulus stryfe and then buying a kit from China is untrustworthy, has expensive shipping and then there is a normal price.
      If you buy all of those things for the stryfe, could be more expensive than the regulator.
      Also it was too long but I did read 😜

    Even thought the regulator is a really good blaster the thing I don't like about it is that most of the stuff it comes with I don't like for example the barrels the mags and the grip but I have to get it which artificially inflates the price even though I don't want it at least with the stryfe I can get just the blaster and instead of 12 round mags that I'm not going to use that much I can instead get 18 round or 22 round mags so that I'm not being forced to get the attachments and mags that i don't want just to get the really cool blaster and maybe the stock

    for those who says ,,OHH YOU ARE GIVING FAKE INFORMATIONS. REGULATOR IS WAY BETTER"
    this is why you are wrong
    1. stryfe is cheap- you can get it for 15-30 $ but if you are on ebay you can get it even cheaper
    2. lets say you are a beginner in nerf (or something like it) and you want good blaster for cheap thats one of the best options
    3. its small size- you can put it in backpack or things like that and its light weight
    and why are you correct
    1.atachmets-it comes with LOTS. OF. COOL. ATACHMENTS
    2.you can shoot in semi/full auto or burst fire
    3.(you can put here things that i forgot)

    they both have there perks they are both have simularitys but nowadays it is somewhat cheeper to buy a regulator because stryfes gone up in price due to a need, I have found stryfes on Amazon for 40$ around where the regulator is said to stick around 30-40$, yes battery's are expensive expecaly C's but the bigger the blaster the bigger the battery! and lastly the regulator reminds me of an mp-40 for some reason, altho I don't have one but I look at honest stats...

    But youve forgotten that 2 mags of 12 costs 20 dollars and the stock by itself would cost 15 dollars on top of the barrels which would be 20 dollars by themselves. So 30 plus 20 plus 15 plus 20 is 85 dollars for all of it seperatly not even mentioninf the darts that would cost 10 and the switch fire which is more content. The major disadvantage to the strife is the price to buy new attachments. Nobodies there to have a barebones regulator they want the handle the barrels and the stock
