you also know there is no ammo when it stops firing.
it could just be jammed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If it was jammed, when it gets jammed, it makes a wierd sound, all nerf blasters do. A sound is better than an annoying blinking light.
however, if the mag is jammed, and won't feed, it will also blink, and make you think you're out, when you're not. I hate these feeding mechanisms because you can't permanately remove the jam door.
Yes. If you put a nerf dart in your magizine you have it loaded.

It’s reload speed is actually revolutionary!
Im on the fence whether or not 3 round burst is actually something that can be viable in a nerf war. could just pull the stryfe trigger 3 times or tap a rapidstrike trigger. its definitely a cool feature for a stock blaster, but just doesn't result in good performance. But the ability swap through semi, full, and bust modes are definitely cool.

legitbread my favorite one is the regulator because you just reviewed it and it looked pretty cool and then can you make next weeks video through a part two of most expensive guns

The original modulus. It's really just a stryfe but more primary worthy. And it's tactical. I was going to buy a stryfe. But then I remembered I had a modulus that I got for Christmas a few years ago. So it will always hold a special place in my heart.
You can use blasters on the barrel scope thing if you use the modules modules barrel because it is called modules in the modules series... I might of spelt modules wrong...
my person favorite modulus blaster is the modulus core blaster. I don't like it for the blaster itself, but for the line it introduced us to.

regulator is a beast baby
Overall, I find it a really reliable, but boring and underpowereded (sadly) blaster, with some great features.
I prefer the Stryfe as a platform for modding or as stock it shoots semi-auto (you can get a select fire kit to shoot semi, burst and full auto) and doesn't fry on IMR's, even on alkalines it's pretty good.
Unfortunately the Regulator really difficult to mod and keep the select-fire (or just fry it in my case).
Any voltage over 6V and it just dies on you, so no IMR's or LiPo setups without some heavy modding to get the most out of it.
Unmodded, it's pretty weak and range is not great. Look up Project Nerf on here for a really good Mod Guide.
Seriously, you want the thing to at least leave the barrel with some velocity, and the Regulator sadly doesn't manage that for me, it's weaker than my ECS-10's, Stryfes and Stockades so I'll be working on a mod soon for mine soon.
I have one of the new 18 dart mags and it works with the stock.

3 years later in 2020 still no different selector switch, even after toy fair still none maybe they didn't show it off yet but honestly I doubt that they'll do that.

this gun is a well rounder, its 3 diffferent firing modes are what make it good, not the overall quality of each mode

I don't see a point in the regulator like as a modded I bought a 3 round burst/full auto module and shoved it in a stryfe and it's way more compact

you got a lemon dude. i got one of those and returned it, and the next one i bought worked perfect. did you try revving it for longer? or pulling the trigger faster/slower

Noobs are flooding to this horrible blaster. The pusher mech is so finicky, it is almost impossible to mod. All bad or not-worth-it blaster come with extra mags (except the stampede). Why do people like it?
