when i was in like 2nd/ 3rd grades we lived down the street from the High School in The Dalles Oregon and the school band would march past the house and around town once in awhile i still remember how cool it was over 60 years ago

RJ, you potentially could spook the horses more by starting your engine as they just passed. The horses have a blind spot behind them, they don't see what's suddenly making the noise. If you leave your engine running they can see what the ruckus is about and won't spook that easily. It's the gesture that counts though, good job on that (and your videos!)
That is true, but it's a good thing not to make a habit out of it. If you come across an untrained horse and do this, accidents might happen
I usually don't pay that much attention to subscriber spotlight, this one though was defiantly worth a look.

RJ how do u keep the calm while having to deal with crappy drivers? Im still a minor but i ride my bike everyday to school and people pisses me off all the time. If u have any tips of keeping calm maybe itll help me. Cheers mate
Getting angry and pissed off will change/achieve nothing, it will only serve to wind you up and affect your riding.

I find that part of keeping calm is to expect people to make mistakes and accept it as part of life, and think about how to adapt to the uncertainty instead of fuming about the unfairness.
