Frank Stein Hey Frank, keep your electrolytes up. Potassium and sodium. Some extra salt really helped me feel less crappy. Good luck. For potassium Lo Salt is the cheapest and quickest way of getting a little bit more.

Just love all your fine work, Dr. Perlmutter! Way to be brave and on the forefront! I see you have Travell and Simons' Trigger Point Manuals on your bookshelf. Did you know that a ketogenic diet greatly reduces trigger point activity, and therefore solves a multitude of idiopathic painful conditions? Yet another avenue of exploration in avoiding grains and sugars. Happy to discuss this with you anytime. Thanks for all you do.

Dr. Perlmutter finally what's the comment of Dr D'Agostino about short chain fatty.acids and the microbiome depletion of good bacteria? Did he say that disbyosis occurs or butyrate depletion is compensated by the action of BHB?
