Stupid NRIs and IT employees are dumping their money in useless Flats of high rise buildings that are of no use! I dont understand thr logic behind spending 1.5 to 2 Cr on these high rise residential flats at 10th and 15th floors! Super waste of your hard earned money. Please dont waste money in flats, invest in land or villa if you have so much money! Invest in a flat only if you want to stay there and that too a very minimal amount under 70 lakhs as it will depreciate just like a car. Flat is a liability!!
May be I guess you didn’t view the video completely.. He said for people of his age there is no use of investing in plots as it’s a long term process.. in his age there are other options for investment which i also believe is the right choice..
