Construction of house is not child's play.. Swimming pool inside the house is a very bad idea in long term. People may easily slip into the pool often and person who just woke up at midnight for urinals may slip into it due to darkness. It also invites germs, mosquitoes, and mould/fungus. One more bad idea is shelf door for the bathroom

It will be failure if the property isaway from city or non happening place. In any case n any place if businesses not happening why current bill needs to be paid by owner, why maintanace thrown on owner when no business, that creates irresponsibility or uncertain returns from business. Dont simply calculate price with no of days, thats a foolishness, what if only 30 days are booked and other 336 days its vacant, who is responsible, viability
Only comes on actual or real booking with complete occupany in year otherwise calculations are simple showcase or advertisement, when bookings are not fully then why someone has to stick for 7 years on a non viable model, is it loose agreement with violation cost. Here owner will become fool when occupancy and operation cost are not viable. Nothing to loose from maintainer here. He will take 20% amount in case if it is not occupied but if not booked as expecting then who will bare operations and who is responsible for profit generation model.
